【摘要】：面對當(dāng)今世界區(qū)域貿(mào)易日益活躍,中國與歐亞經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)盟達(dá)成"一帶一盟"建設(shè)對接合作共識(shí)。雙方以絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶核心區(qū)為支點(diǎn),以貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域?yàn)殡p方優(yōu)先對接合作內(nèi)容之一,為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展培育新增長點(diǎn),推進(jìn)歐亞區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程。本文通過貿(mào)易互補(bǔ)性指數(shù)、貿(mào)易結(jié)合度指數(shù)等所構(gòu)建的體系,多維剖析了雙方經(jīng)濟(jì)開放度、貿(mào)易競爭力、貿(mào)易商品互補(bǔ)性、貿(mào)易親疏關(guān)系等的基礎(chǔ)與現(xiàn)狀。分析結(jié)果顯示歐亞經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)盟的開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)為加強(qiáng)雙方貿(mào)易對接合作奠定了良好基礎(chǔ),雙方貿(mào)易商品的高互補(bǔ)性明確了雙方合作大于競爭的貿(mào)易關(guān)系,應(yīng)以雙方互補(bǔ)性極強(qiáng)的SITC3(礦物燃料及潤滑油)為重點(diǎn),促進(jìn)歐亞經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)盟向中國出口的貿(mào)易關(guān)系的進(jìn)一步提升,并以此平衡中國東、西部經(jīng)濟(jì)開放的程度,推動(dòng)中國外貿(mào)供給側(cè)改革,引導(dǎo)我國外貿(mào)產(chǎn)業(yè)由勞動(dòng)力密集型產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)向技術(shù)、資本密集型產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)型,繁榮歐亞區(qū)域貿(mào)易。
[Abstract]:In the face of the increasingly active regional trade in the world today, China and the Eurasian Economic Union have reached a consensus on the building and cooperation of "one Belt, one Union." the two sides take the Silk Road economic belt as the pivot, and the trade field as one of the priority docking and cooperation contents between the two sides. In order to foster new growth points for regional economic development and promote the process of regional economic integration in Europe and Asia, this paper analyzes the economic openness and trade competitiveness of both sides through the trade complementarity index, trade integration index and so on. The results of the analysis show that the open economy of the Eurasian Economic Union has laid a good foundation for strengthening the trade docking cooperation between the two sides. The high complementarity of trade commodities between the two sides has made it clear that trade relations between the two sides are more cooperative than competitive, and should focus on SITC3 (fossil fuels and Lubricants), which are highly complementary to each other, in order to promote the further upgrading of the trade relations between the Eurasian Economic Union (Eurasian Economic Union) and China. In order to balance the degree of economic opening in the east and west of China, promote the supply-side reform of China's foreign trade, guide the transformation of China's foreign trade industry from labor-intensive products to technology and capital-intensive products, and prosper the Eurasian regional trade.
