文章摘要：作為世界能源消費核心，油氣資源具有經(jīng)濟與政治的雙重屬性，深刻地影響著當(dāng)代國際政治經(jīng)濟關(guān)系的發(fā)展。中國、俄羅斯分別是世界能源進口和出口大國，兩國圍繞能源領(lǐng)域合作的博弈，不僅對雙邊政治經(jīng)濟關(guān)系產(chǎn)生重要影響，也對東北亞、中亞、歐洲等相關(guān)利益地區(qū)的地緣政治經(jīng)濟格局產(chǎn)生深刻影響�！绊搸r氣革命”的發(fā)生將推動世界能源格局和地緣政治經(jīng)濟格局的調(diào)整，也將對未來中俄能源合作進程產(chǎn)生若干影響。中國要真正實現(xiàn)自身能源安全，就要在了解當(dāng)前能源供需與國際政治經(jīng)濟關(guān)系發(fā)展的同時，制定科學(xué)的國際能源戰(zhàn)略。

Abstr：Oil and gas resources, as the core of world energy consumption, possess both economic and political value and profoundly influence the development of contemporary international political and economic rela- tions. China and Russia are major world energy import and export country respectively, and their game in the area of energy cooperation not only exerts great influence on bilateral political and economic relations, but also on geopolitical and economic patterns in North-east Asia, Middle Asia, Europe and other related areas. ＂Shale gas revolution＂ will promote the adjustment of world energy pattern and geopolitical and economic pattern on one hand, and affect to some degree Sino-Russian energy cooperation process on the other hand. In order to achieve its own energy security, China must draft scientific international energy strategies while fully understanding current energy supply and demand relations and the development of international political and economic relations.
