【摘要】：正黨的十八大及十八屆三中全會(huì)以后,我國(guó)進(jìn)一步加大了對(duì)外開(kāi)放的力度,通過(guò)出口退稅、財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼、稅收優(yōu)惠等一系列的優(yōu)惠政策和資金支持,以及外交、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、法律等手段,將企業(yè)國(guó)際化發(fā)展納入國(guó)家與國(guó)家合作和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的雙邊關(guān)系,特別是在落實(shí)雙邊和多邊合作機(jī)制上將以企業(yè)為主體,鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)積極走出去,逐步構(gòu)建"一帶一路"、自貿(mào)區(qū)等對(duì)外開(kāi)放新格局,為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和我國(guó)企業(yè)融入世界經(jīng)濟(jì)創(chuàng)造
