【摘要】：東豐縣位于吉林省南部輝發(fā)河上游,大柳河西岸,遼源、東豐縣兩市之間,東豐鎮(zhèn)是東豐縣政府所在地,是東豐縣政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化中心。仁合水庫(kù)是東豐縣城區(qū)供水的主要水源地,仁合水庫(kù)是一座以防洪和城市供水為主,結(jié)合灌溉、養(yǎng)殖等綜合利用的中型水庫(kù),東豐鎮(zhèn)供水水源地僅有仁合水庫(kù)一處,目前東豐鎮(zhèn)平房區(qū)及棚戶區(qū)居民都處于無(wú)水自來(lái)水可用的狀態(tài),大部分居民靠地下水為生,由于東豐鎮(zhèn)地下水水質(zhì)較差,鐵錳含量超標(biāo),對(duì)人體危害較大,是吉林省內(nèi)克山病的典型地區(qū)。因此,為滿足東豐鎮(zhèn)居民飲用水及工業(yè)用水的需求,東豐縣政府將六道溝水庫(kù)及安福水庫(kù)作為東豐鎮(zhèn)第二水源地,以滿足東豐鎮(zhèn)用水需求。六道溝水庫(kù)和安福水庫(kù)作為東豐縣城第二供水水源,目前受上游水土流失和農(nóng)業(yè)面源污染的影響,急需從水源地保護(hù)及流域生態(tài)保護(hù)與水污染防治兩個(gè)方面同時(shí)入手,實(shí)施六道溝水庫(kù)和安福水庫(kù)水質(zhì)保護(hù)工程,以保證其作為東豐縣城區(qū)主要供水水源地發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的作用。為切實(shí)保護(hù)和改善水庫(kù)水體質(zhì)量,提高東豐縣城人民生活質(zhì)量,保障群眾環(huán)境權(quán)益。本課題的主要目的是結(jié)合吉林省東豐縣水資源現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題,對(duì)東豐縣水源地保護(hù)提出規(guī)劃,建設(shè)六道溝水庫(kù)和安福水庫(kù)作為東豐鎮(zhèn)第二水源地,可滿足東豐鎮(zhèn)供水需要。
[Abstract]:Dongfeng County is located in the upper reaches of the Huifa River in the south of Jilin Province, between the two cities of Daliu River, Liaoyuan and Dongfeng County. Dongfeng Town is the seat of the government of Dongfeng County and is the political, economic and cultural center of Dongfeng County. Renhe Reservoir is the main source of water supply in Dongfeng County. Renhe Reservoir is a medium-sized reservoir with flood control and urban water supply, combined with irrigation, breeding and other comprehensive utilization. Dongfeng Town has only one source of water supply for Renhe Reservoir. At present, the residents of the townhouses and shantytowns in Dongfeng Town are in the state of running water without water. Most of the residents depend on groundwater for their living. Due to the poor groundwater quality and the excessive iron and manganese content in Dongfeng Town, it is harmful to the human body. It is a typical area of Neikeshan disease in Jilin province. Therefore, in order to meet the demand of drinking water and industrial water in Dongfeng town, Dongfeng county government takes Liudaogou Reservoir and Anfu Reservoir as the second water source of Dongfeng Town to meet the water demand of Dongfeng Town. As the second water supply source of Dongfeng County, Liudaogou Reservoir and Anfu Reservoir are affected by soil erosion and agricultural non-point source pollution. Therefore, it is urgent to start from two aspects: water source protection, watershed ecological protection and water pollution prevention. The water quality protection projects of Liudaogou Reservoir and Anfu Reservoir are carried out in order to ensure that they play their due role as the main water supply sources in Dongfeng County. In order to protect and improve the water quality of the reservoir, improve the quality of life of the people in Dongfeng County, and protect the environmental rights and interests of the masses. The main purpose of this subject is to put forward a plan for the protection of Dongfeng water source area combining with the present situation and problems of water resources in Dongfeng County of Jilin Province. The construction of Liudaogou Reservoir and Anfu Reservoir as the second water source of Dongfeng Town can meet the water supply needs of Dongfeng Town.
