【摘要】：隨著中國和世界的尤其是和美國的聯(lián)系日益緊密,越來越多的亞太經(jīng)濟(jì)國際會議在世界各地召開。亞太地區(qū)作為世界上經(jīng)濟(jì)增長最快的地區(qū),美國作為世界上最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)體,這兩大地區(qū)的經(jīng)貿(mào)往來隨之日益頻繁。奧巴馬總統(tǒng)作為美國的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,他的演講既能反映美國的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)政策,又能為加強(qiáng)亞太地區(qū)和平和穩(wěn)定貢獻(xiàn)力量。因此,深入了解奧巴馬總統(tǒng)演講,讓更多中國人了解美國具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。奧巴馬演講是國際會議的重要組成部分,而這些重要國際會議的口譯實(shí)踐也成為口譯研究的寶貴資料。本文是一篇口譯實(shí)踐項目報告,口譯內(nèi)容取材于奧巴馬總統(tǒng)在2011年的亞太經(jīng)合組織會議上的英文演講,該演講分為兩部分,第一部分針對目前亞太地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況和美國的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系,就美國和亞太地區(qū)在鼓勵貿(mào)易,促進(jìn)能源安全,促進(jìn)就業(yè),精簡法規(guī)和保護(hù)公共環(huán)境方面所取得的進(jìn)步做了詳細(xì)介紹,并對未來的發(fā)展作了展望。第二部分為記者提問環(huán)節(jié),奧巴馬總統(tǒng)就伊朗核問題,共和黨辯論,中美經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展,美國內(nèi)部刑罰制度以及就業(yè)法案等問題對記者作了回答。本文以黃忠廉的變譯理論為指導(dǎo),討論了奧巴馬在亞太經(jīng)合組織上演講的英譯漢口譯。根據(jù)上世紀(jì)末黃忠廉提出的“變譯理論”,翻譯的實(shí)質(zhì)是譯者根據(jù)特定條件下特定讀者的特殊需求采用增、減、編、述、縮、并、改等變通手段攝取原作有關(guān)內(nèi)容的翻譯活動。近些年,變譯理論逐漸由筆譯領(lǐng)域轉(zhuǎn)向口譯領(lǐng)域。在這一理論的指導(dǎo)下,本口譯實(shí)踐項目報告就奧巴馬在亞太經(jīng)合組織上的演講口譯中出現(xiàn)的口語化現(xiàn)象、模糊信息、中英文語言習(xí)慣差異以及難譯詞,提出了增譯、減譯以及改譯的變譯策略與技巧。該翻譯項目報告對擴(kuò)充和完善變譯理論在口譯中的應(yīng)用,豐富其內(nèi)涵具有實(shí)踐意義。同時,對于我們了解奧巴馬的演講風(fēng)格及相應(yīng)的口譯策略,在國際會議中如何提高會議交替?zhèn)髯g的質(zhì)量也是一次有益嘗試。
[Abstract]:As China and the world, especially the United States, become more and more closely connected, more and more Asia-Pacific Economic conferences are held around the world. The Asia-Pacific region is the fastest growing region in the world and the United States is the largest economy in the world. As a leader in the United States, President Obama's speech reflects U.S. political and economic policies and contributes to strengthening peace and stability in the Asia-Pacific region. So it's realistic to learn more about President Obama's speech and get more Chinese to understand the United States. Obama's speech is an important part of international conferences, and the interpretation practice of these important international conferences has become a valuable material for interpreting research. This is an interpreter practice project report based on President Obama's English speech at the APEC meeting in 2011, which is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the current economic situation in the Asia-Pacific region and the economic ties of the United States, and on the role of the United States and the Asia-Pacific region in encouraging trade, promoting energy security, and promoting employment. The progress in streamlining laws and protecting the public environment is introduced in detail, and the future development is prospected. The second part is a reporter's question section. President Obama answered questions on the Iranian nuclear issue, the Republican debate, Sino-US economic and trade development, the United States' internal penal system, and the Employment Act. Under the guidance of Huang Zhonglian's translation theory, this paper discusses the English-Chinese interpretation of Obama's speech in APEC. According to the "variable translation theory" put forward by Huang Zhonglian at the end of last century, the essence of translation is that the translator adopts the translation activities of increasing, decreasing, editing, narrating, shrinking, and so on, according to the special needs of the specific readers under the specific conditions. In recent years, the theory of variable translation has gradually shifted from the field of translation to the field of interpretation. Under the guidance of this theory, the report of the interpretation practice Project proposes additional translations of the colloquial phenomena, vague information, differences in Chinese and English language habits and difficult words in Obama's speech interpretation in APEC. Translation strategies and techniques for reducing translation and changing translation. The translation project report is of practical significance to expand and perfect the application of variable translation theory in interpreting. At the same time, how to improve the quality of consecutive interpretation in international conferences is also a useful attempt for us to understand Obama's speech style and corresponding interpretation strategies.
