【摘要】：在中國政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技、軍事等各方面“硬實(shí)力”逐步增強(qiáng)的同時(shí),體現(xiàn)“軟實(shí)力”的國家形象也日趨重要。中國的國家形象不僅與自身的對外傳播有關(guān),更是與外國媒體對其的形象呈現(xiàn)有關(guān)。因具備強(qiáng)勁的政治后臺、強(qiáng)大的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力、先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)、豐富的傳播經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及英語的國際語言優(yōu)勢,美國媒體支配著全球信息流通的內(nèi)容與方向,更是在建構(gòu)中國形象的過程中飾演著至關(guān)重要的角色。20世紀(jì)90年代,人類真正意義上地邁進(jìn)了所謂的“網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代”�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)自萌生之日起便給“國家安全”注入了新的獨(dú)立變量。在中國,網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言的愈演愈烈給中國的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)治理造成了極大的挑戰(zhàn)。中國正在不斷地探索新型的治理手段,打造高效的治理模式和機(jī)制。這也引起了國際媒體的關(guān)注。本文研究從中國網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言及其治理這一議題的視角來透視美國主流媒體建構(gòu)的中國形象,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文分為五部分。緒論部分,介紹了本文的研究背景、選題意義、研究思路和方法以及研究難點(diǎn)。第一章文獻(xiàn)綜述與理論回顧,梳理了框架理論、國家形象和網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究。第二章是本文的重點(diǎn)章節(jié),從框架理論的角度切入,對文本進(jìn)行了內(nèi)容分析,從而研究了2003年至2014年間《紐約時(shí)報(bào)》對中國網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言及其治理的報(bào)道框架,側(cè)重對中國的微博、網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言進(jìn)行了形象白描。第三章聚焦個(gè)案分析,采用關(guān)鍵詞句提取、詞頻統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法,對“2013:重拳打擊網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言”、“2009:新疆‘7?5’事件”兩個(gè)個(gè)案進(jìn)行了更深入的分析。結(jié)語部分,研究者通過本研究發(fā)現(xiàn),《紐約時(shí)報(bào)》對中國的網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言的定位不同于中國主流媒體對其的定位,更多地是將謠言視為一種中國網(wǎng)民在民間話語空間所亟需的信息,可以彌補(bǔ)官方話語空間所產(chǎn)生的信息真空。最后,本研究淺析了《紐約時(shí)報(bào)》之所以呈現(xiàn)這樣的中國形象的原因。
[Abstract]:At the same time, the national image of "soft power" is becoming more and more important as China's political, economic, scientific and technological, military and other aspects of "hard power" gradually increase. China's national image is not only related to its own external communication, but also to the image of foreign media. Because of their strong political background, strong economic strength, advanced science and technology, rich communication experience and the advantages of the international language of English, the American media dominate the content and direction of the global information flow. It is also playing a vital role in the process of constructing the image of China. In the 1990s, human beings entered the so-called "network age" in a real sense. The Internet has injected new independent variables into National Security since its inception. In China, the growing online rumors to China's Internet governance has created a great challenge. China is constantly exploring new governance methods to create efficient governance models and mechanisms. This also attracted the attention of the international media. It is of great practical significance to study the Chinese image constructed by American mainstream media from the perspective of Chinese Internet rumor and its governance. This paper is divided into five parts. The introduction part introduces the research background, the significance of the topic, the research ideas and methods, and the research difficulties. The first chapter reviews the literature review and reviews the relevant literature on frame theory, national image and online rumors. The second chapter is the key chapter of this paper, from the perspective of framework theory, the text of the content analysis, so as to study the "New York Times" from 2003 to 2014 to China's online rumor and its governance reporting framework, focusing on China's Weibo, Online rumors have been whitewashed. The third chapter focuses on the case analysis, using the methods of key words extraction, word frequency statistics and so on, to make a deeper analysis of the two cases of "2013: heavy fist to fight against network rumors" and "2009: Xinjiang '7yong 5' incident". In the conclusion, the researcher finds that the New York Times is different from the mainstream Chinese media in its orientation of online rumors, and regards rumors as a kind of information badly needed by Chinese netizens in the space of folk discourse. It can make up for the information vacuum created by the official discourse space. Finally, this study analyzes the reason why the New York Times presents such a Chinese image.
