【摘要】：從知識(shí)傳播的角度來(lái)看,中國(guó)歷史在秦漢兩朝走入了"大一統(tǒng)"時(shí)期,隨著各地政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化交流的日趨頻繁,中原地區(qū)產(chǎn)生的醫(yī)學(xué)典籍亦向其他地域開(kāi)始傳播。典籍的傳播和醫(yī)者的實(shí)踐以及醫(yī)學(xué)文本的創(chuàng)作是地方中醫(yī)發(fā)展史中三個(gè)基本要素,而這三個(gè)要素之間是相互促進(jìn)與修正的。本文從四川地區(qū)既封閉又開(kāi)放的地域特點(diǎn)出發(fā),將四川中醫(yī)發(fā)展分為四個(gè)時(shí)期,分析四川自然和人文因素與醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的辯證關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of knowledge dissemination, Chinese history entered the period of "unification" in Qin and Han dynasties. With the frequent exchange of politics, economy and culture in various places, the medical classics produced in the Central Plains began to spread to other regions. The dissemination of classical books, the practice of doctors and the creation of medical texts are three basic elements in the history of local Chinese medicine development, and these three elements promote and revise each other. Based on the regional characteristics of Sichuan which is both closed and open, the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Sichuan is divided into four periods, and the dialectical relationship between natural and humanistic factors and medical development in Sichuan is analyzed in this paper.
