【摘要】：社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)是中國共產(chǎn)黨著眼長遠(yuǎn)、與時俱進(jìn)作出的重大決策，是惠及億萬農(nóng)民、鞏固和加強(qiáng)農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)地位、全面建設(shè)小康社會的重大舉措。社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)就其內(nèi)涵而言，就包涵了進(jìn)行農(nóng)村法治建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵和任務(wù)，，農(nóng)村法制建設(shè)是全面建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村的重要內(nèi)容。加強(qiáng)法制宣傳教育，是進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)依法治國基本方略、建設(shè)社會主義法治國家的一項(xiàng)重要的基礎(chǔ)性工作，是踐行科學(xué)發(fā)展觀、是實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢的必然要求。目前，我國農(nóng)村正處于社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期，這種社會轉(zhuǎn)型本身需要適合社會變化的農(nóng)民法律意識的變革，需要我國農(nóng)村法制的健全，更需要加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村法制宣傳。深入開展法制宣傳，是我國實(shí)施依法治國基本方略的前提條件，是全面貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的重要舉措，是更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)祖國偉大復(fù)興夢的重要保障。加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村法制宣傳有其重要的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化功能。
[Abstract]:The construction of a new socialist countryside is an important decision made by the Communist Party of China in the long term and with the times. It is also an important measure to benefit hundreds of millions of farmers, to consolidate and strengthen the basic position of agriculture and to build a well-off society in an all-round way. As far as its connotation is concerned, the construction of new socialist countryside includes the connotation and task of the construction of rural rule of law, and the construction of rural legal system is an important content of building a new socialist countryside in an all-round way. To strengthen the propaganda and education of legal system is an important basic work to further promote the basic strategy of governing the country according to law and to build a socialist country ruled by law. It is also an inevitable requirement for Chinese Dream to practice the scientific concept of development and to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. At present, the countryside of our country is in the period of social transformation, this social transformation itself needs the reform of the peasants' legal consciousness suitable for the social change, the perfection of the rural legal system in our country, and the strengthening of the rural legal system propaganda. It is a prerequisite for our country to carry out the basic strategy of governing the country according to law, an important measure to carry out the concept of scientific development in an all-round way, and an important guarantee to better realize the dream of the great rejuvenation of the motherland. Strengthening rural legal publicity has its important political, economic and cultural functions.
