唐代汴宋地區(qū)漕運系統(tǒng)的整頓和重建

【摘要】：隋唐因政治、經(jīng)濟中心分離,汴宋成為溝通關(guān)中與江淮的重要區(qū)域。處于轉(zhuǎn)漕地帶的汴宋,成為江南租賦轉(zhuǎn)輸關(guān)中的重要通道。安史亂后,汴宋轉(zhuǎn)漕運道,雖不時受到叛鎮(zhèn)的阻遏、威脅,但作為主要的轉(zhuǎn)漕線路,卻基本一直勉力維持至唐末。唐前期,關(guān)中政權(quán)對轉(zhuǎn)漕的需求不大,因此汴宋漕運系統(tǒng)的整頓工作并不顯著。至玄宗時,對轉(zhuǎn)漕的需求劇增,漕運成為關(guān)乎國計的大事。汴宋漕運工作整頓的重要性,也就隨之增益。為保證運量,開天時,玄宗已任用裴耀卿整頓汴河漕運。唐后期,因北方屯置重兵,戰(zhàn)亂不斷,唐廷對漕糧的需求仍較迫切�；诖�,汴宋地區(qū)漕運系統(tǒng)的整頓和重建工作,仍持續(xù)進行。唐代前后期汴宋地區(qū)漕運的整頓和重建,對維持唐后期的統(tǒng)治發(fā)揮了其應有作用。
[Abstract]:Due to the separation of political and economic centers in Sui and Tang dynasties, Bian-Song became an important area of communication between Guanzhong and Jianghuai. The Bian-Song Dynasty, which is located in the diversion zone, became an important channel in the transfer of Rent Fu from Jiangnan to Guanguan. After the chaos of Anshi, the Bian-Song Dynasty turned to Caoyun Road, although it was stopped and threatened from time to time by the rebellious town, but as the main transit route, it basically managed to maintain until the end of Tang Dynasty. In the early Tang Dynasty, the Guanzhong regime did not have much demand for the diversion, so the rectification of the water transport system in the Bian-Song Dynasty was not significant. To Xuanzong, the demand for a sharp increase in water transport has become a matter of national affairs. The importance of rectifying the work of water transportation in the Bian- Song Dynasty also increased with it. In order to ensure the volume, open days, Xuanzong has appointed Pei Yao-ching rectification Bianhe Caoyun. In the late Tang Dynasty, because of the heavy army in the north and the war, the demand for the grain was still urgent. Based on this, the rectification and reconstruction of water transport system in Bian-Song area continued. The rectification and reconstruction of water transport in Bian-Song area in the early and late Tang Dynasty played an important role in maintaining the rule in the late Tang Dynasty.
