【摘要】:中亞五國是古絲綢之路的必經(jīng)之地,由于其特殊的地理位置而在“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作中占有重要地位。面對“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略所提議的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作,中亞國家勢必權(quán)衡:參與“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”會促進(jìn)本國經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長嗎?如果答案是肯定的,那么這種促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的效應(yīng)有多大?中國與中亞五國實現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的路徑有哪些?各條路徑目前進(jìn)展如何?本文試圖在梳理既有對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對上述問題進(jìn)行解答。本文首先對中亞五國經(jīng)濟(jì)地理概況進(jìn)行了分析性描述,勾勒出中亞五國GDP總量與增速、貿(mào)易規(guī)模與貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)、交通運輸設(shè)施建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀、以及參與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化組織的情況輪廓。本文先假設(shè)中國與中亞五國存在一體化協(xié)議,研究壁壘消除后統(tǒng)一的市場會給各國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長產(chǎn)生多大的促進(jìn)效應(yīng),通過實證分析,得出參與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化對中國與中亞五國而言均能促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,并且中國受益更多的結(jié)論。本文對中國與中亞五國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的實現(xiàn)路徑進(jìn)行分析,得出結(jié)論:中國與中亞五國的貿(mào)易一體化水平在不斷提高;交通便利度有所提升,交通一體化水平依然較低;中國與中亞五國的金融合作尚處于初級階段,金融一體化水平非常低。
[Abstract]:The five Central Asian countries are the only place of the ancient Silk Road. Because of its special geographical position, it occupies an important position in the regional economic cooperation of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and faces the regional economic cooperation proposed by the "Belt and Road" strategy. Central Asian countries must weigh whether participation in the Silk Road Economic Belt will boost their economies? If the answer is yes, how much of a growth-boosting effect? What are the paths of regional economic integration between China and the five Central Asian countries? What is the progress of each path? Based on the existing research on regional economic integration, this paper attempts to answer the above questions. Firstly, this paper gives an analytical description of the economic geography of the five Central Asian countries. Outline the five Central Asian countries GDP gross and growth rate, trade scale and trade structure, transport facilities construction status quo. This paper first assumes that there is an integration agreement between China and the five Central Asian countries, and studies how much the unified market will bring about to the economic growth of each country after the elimination of barriers. Through empirical analysis, it is concluded that participating in regional economic integration can promote economic growth for both China and the five Central Asian countries. The paper analyzes the way to realize the regional economic integration between China and the five Central Asian countries, and draws a conclusion: the level of trade integration between China and the five Central Asian countries is constantly improving; The traffic convenience has been improved, and the level of traffic integration is still low; The financial cooperation between China and the five Central Asian countries is still in the initial stage, and the level of financial integration is very low.
