【摘要】：經濟增長與充分就業(yè)都是宏觀經濟發(fā)展所追求的重要目標。從理論上講，發(fā)達地區(qū)和欠發(fā)達地區(qū)的經濟發(fā)展中，經濟增長與就業(yè)增長兩者之間基本上符合正比例關系。然而，在現(xiàn)實的經濟發(fā)展過程中，經常由于經濟結構和發(fā)展模式等方面存在的差異，從而改變了經濟發(fā)展與就業(yè)增長之間的交互關系。遼寧省經濟和就業(yè)增長之間的關系研究對遼寧省的經濟發(fā)展至關重要。在過往的20多年，盡管遼寧省經濟始終保持快速發(fā)展，但面臨的就業(yè)問題日益突出，并且出現(xiàn)了經濟增長高和就業(yè)增長低的并存現(xiàn)象。 本文試圖對1991-2011年遼寧省經濟增長的就業(yè)彈性進行研究。本文首先概括了關于經濟增長和就業(yè)之間關系的重要理論，發(fā)現(xiàn)國內外大多數(shù)學者主要關注于怎樣利用勞動力來促進經濟增長，也就是說在過去的研究中經濟增長更被關注，而就業(yè)往往被忽略。本文著眼于遼寧省在過去20年間經濟快速發(fā)展，但就業(yè)水平并沒有得到顯著提高的現(xiàn)實情況，試圖研究遼寧省經濟增長對就業(yè)的影響，并力求尋找一種經濟增長方式能夠促進就業(yè)的增長。論文中采用定義法計算了遼寧省從1991年到2011年間的就業(yè)彈性，對影響就業(yè)彈性的主要因素，即GDP及就業(yè)人數(shù)，進行了全面的模型檢驗，與此同時，利用回歸分析方法預測兩種因素的相互關系，從而得出遼寧省的總體就業(yè)彈性。最后，，本文剖析了影響遼寧省總體就業(yè)的主要因素，其中包括技術進步，產業(yè)結構的演變，國有企業(yè)的改革，以及隱形失業(yè)等方面，提出了解決以上問題的相應對策。
[Abstract]:Economic growth and full employment is an important goal of macro economic development. In theory, developed areas and less developed areas of economic development, economic growth and employment growth between the two basically coincides with the proportion. However, in the process of real economic development, often because of differences in economic structure and the mode of development, so as to change the interaction relationship between economic development and employment growth in Liaoning province. Research on the relationship between economic growth and employment is very important for the economic development of Liaoning province. In the past 20 years, as Liaoning province's economy has maintained rapid development, but the employment problems have become increasingly prominent, and the emergence of economic high growth and low employment growth phenomenon.
This paper attempts to study 1991-2011 years of economic growth in Liaoning province employment elasticity. This paper generalizes the important theory about the relationship between economic growth and employment, found that most scholars at home and abroad mainly focus on how to use the labor force to promote economic growth, that is to say in the past research of economic growth is concerned, while employment has been ignore. This article focuses on Liaoning Province in the past 20 years of rapid economic development, but the level of employment has not been significantly improved the reality of the situation, to study the effect of Liaoning's economic growth on employment, and tried to find a way of economic growth can promote employment growth. The calculation of Liaoning province from 1991 to 2011 years of employment elasticity the definition of law in this paper, the main factors of influencing the employment elasticity, GDP and employment, the model of comprehensive inspection, at the same time, Li Prediction of the interaction between two factors by means of regression analysis, so that the overall employment elasticity of Liaoning province. Finally, this paper analyzes the main factors influencing Liaoning province overall employment, including technological progress, industrial structure evolution, the reform of state-owned enterprises, and hidden unemployment, puts forward corresponding measures to solve the above problems.
