【摘要】：解決收入分配問題，，促進(jìn)社會公平正義是深入貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的必然要求。科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的第一要義是發(fā)展，又好又快的發(fā)展是社會主義社會促進(jìn)公平正義的基礎(chǔ)，只有將蛋糕做大，才能為人民共享發(fā)展成果提供雄厚的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。以人為本是促進(jìn)公平正義、解決收入分配問題的價值取向，只有做到發(fā)展為人民、發(fā)展依靠人民、發(fā)展成果由人民共享，才能實(shí)現(xiàn)真正的公平正義。收入分配問題是中國特色社會主義社會的一個基本問題，它關(guān)系到全體人民的切身利益。解決收入分配差距問題，是我們黨把實(shí)現(xiàn)好、維護(hù)好、發(fā)展好最廣大人民根本利益作為一切工作出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn)的客觀要求，也是抓住了當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的突出矛盾和問題、實(shí)現(xiàn)全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。收入分配問題的解決，對于發(fā)展中國特色社會主義事業(yè)、推動科學(xué)發(fā)展、全面建成小康社會、維護(hù)社會公平正義具有重大的意義。
[Abstract]:To solve the problem of income distribution and to promote social equity and justice is the inevitable requirement of carrying out the scientific development view. The first key of the scientific development view is development. Good and fast development is the foundation of socialist society to promote fairness and justice. Only by making the cake bigger can we provide a solid material basis for the people to share the fruits of development. People-oriented is to promote fairness and justice. To solve the problem of income distribution, the only way to achieve the value of development for the people, development depends on the people, the results of development by the people to share. The problem of income distribution is a basic problem in the socialist society with Chinese characteristics, which concerns the vital interests of the whole people and solves the problem of income distribution gap. It is the objective requirement of our party to realize, safeguard, and develop the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people as the starting point and foothold of all work. It also grasps the prominent contradictions and problems in the process of current economic and social development, and realizes the key link of comprehensive and coordinated sustainable development. The solution of the income distribution problem is of great importance to the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is of great significance to promote scientific development, build a well-off society in an all-round way and safeguard social fairness and justice.
