【摘要】：本文旨在對廣東省低碳經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型下的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化進行研究,明確推進節(jié)能減排的低碳經(jīng)濟,對廣東省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)會產(chǎn)生怎樣的影響。首先就廣東省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、能源消費及碳排放現(xiàn)狀予以描述,進而對能源消耗、碳排放與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系進行理論與實證分析,得出結(jié)論并提出實現(xiàn)低碳轉(zhuǎn)型下產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的政策建議。具體而言,依據(jù)廣東省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展實情,分析廣東省三次產(chǎn)業(yè)間及各產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部的結(jié)構(gòu)變化,對廣東省的三次產(chǎn)業(yè)及各主要行業(yè)的碳排放與能源消費變化趨勢進行描述性統(tǒng)計分析,明確碳排放總量、碳排放強度及能源消費量、能源強度在不同產(chǎn)業(yè)及各行業(yè)部門間的分布特征及變化規(guī)律。采用向量自回歸模型(VAR)分析1995-2012年間廣東的能源強度、二氧化碳排放強度和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,并進行平穩(wěn)性檢驗與格蘭杰因果檢驗。通過VAR模型中的脈沖響應(yīng)函數(shù),分析碳強度與能源強度對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的沖擊效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明,碳強度和能源強度對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)有負向沖擊效應(yīng),因而在低碳轉(zhuǎn)型下,降低能源消耗與碳排放,倒逼產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to study the changes of industrial structure under the transition of low-carbon economy in Guangdong Province, and to clearly promote the low-carbon economy with energy saving and emission reduction. First of all, the economic development, industrial structure, energy consumption and carbon emissions of Guangdong Province will be described, and then energy consumption. The relationship between carbon emissions and industrial structure is analyzed theoretically and empirically, and the conclusion is drawn and the policy recommendations are put forward to realize the upgrading of industrial structure under low-carbon transformation. Specifically, according to the economic development situation of Guangdong Province. This paper analyzes the structural changes of three industries and each industry in Guangdong Province, and makes a descriptive statistical analysis of the carbon emissions and energy consumption trends of the three industries and major industries in Guangdong Province, and clarifies the total amount of carbon emissions. Carbon intensity and energy consumption. The distribution and variation of energy intensity in different industries and sectors. The energy intensity in Guangdong Province from 1995 to 2012 was analyzed by using VAR model. The change of carbon dioxide emission intensity and industrial structure, and the smoothness test and Granger causality test. The impulse response function in VAR model is used. The impact effect of carbon intensity and energy intensity on industrial structure is analyzed. The results show that carbon intensity and energy intensity have negative impact effect on industrial structure, so energy consumption and carbon emission are reduced under low carbon transition.
