【摘要】:本文對國內外交通運輸經濟相關理論研究作了系統(tǒng)的闡述和評價,介紹了西江流域四省區(qū)交通運輸與產業(yè)發(fā)展的基本情況。然后對西江流域交通運輸與產業(yè)發(fā)展的相關性進行實證分析,運用典型相關分析法以及回歸分析法定量分析西江流域交通運輸對產業(yè)發(fā)展的影響。 研究表明:交通運輸中的旅客周轉量和鐵路營業(yè)里程與產業(yè)發(fā)展的各指標的聯系是很緊密的,對地區(qū)生產總值與產業(yè)增加值的影響最為顯著。第一,交通運輸對四省區(qū)的生產總值產生了影響。旅客周轉量的影響作用最大。廣東以及整個流域的地區(qū)生產總值與貨物周轉量負相關,由于第二產業(yè)增加值、第三產業(yè)增加值與貨物周轉量負相關。云南的內河航道里程的影響作用最大,其他三省以及整個流域的鐵路營業(yè)里程的影響作用最大。第二,交通運輸對第一產業(yè)的發(fā)展有促進作用。旅客周轉量的影響作用最大。廣東以及整個流域的第一產業(yè)增加值和旅客周轉量呈負相關的關系,說明廣東的第一產業(yè)增加值在降低。云南、貴州的內河航道里程的影響作用最大,廣西、廣東以及整個流域的鐵路營業(yè)里程的影響作用最大。第三,交通運輸對第二產業(yè)的發(fā)展有促進作用。廣西的貨物周轉量的影響作用最大,其余三省以及整個流域的旅客周轉量的影響作用最大。云南的內河航道里程的影響作用最大,其余三省以及整個流域的鐵路營業(yè)里程的影響作用最大。第四,交通運輸對第三產業(yè)的發(fā)展有促進作用。旅客周轉量的影響作用最大。廣東以及整個流域第三產業(yè)增加值與貨物周轉量負相關,說明廣東第三產業(yè)所占的比重較大,而貨物周轉量的增加并不會促進第三產業(yè)尤其是以金融業(yè)為首的服務業(yè)的發(fā)展。云南的內河航道里程的影響作用最大,其余三省以及整個流域的鐵路營業(yè)里程的影響作用最大。 文章在政策建議部分提出促進西江流域交通運輸發(fā)展的建議,,包括交通基礎設施一體化,交通運輸空間網絡布局合理化,信息化,可持續(xù)發(fā)展等。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the domestic and foreign transportation economy related theory research has made the systematic elaboration and the appraisal. This paper introduces the basic situation of transportation and industry development in four provinces and regions of Xijiang River Basin, and then makes an empirical analysis on the correlation between transportation and industry development in Xijiang River Basin. The impact of transportation on the development of industry in Xijiang River Basin is analyzed quantitatively by means of canonical correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results show that: the passenger turnover and railway mileage are closely related to the indicators of industrial development, and the impact on the regional GDP and industrial added value is the most significant. First. Transportation has an impact on the GDP of the four provinces and regions. The passenger turnover is the most important. The GDP of Guangdong and the whole river basin is negatively correlated with the turnover of goods due to the added value of the second industry. The third industry added value and cargo turnover negative correlation. Yunnan inland waterway mileage has the greatest impact, the other three provinces and the whole valley of railway mileage has the greatest impact. Second. Traffic and transportation promote the development of the primary industry. The effect of passenger turnover is the biggest. The value added of primary industry in Guangdong and the whole river basin is negatively related to the volume of passenger turnover. It shows that the value added of the first industry in Guangdong is decreasing. The influence of inland waterway mileage in Yunnan and Guizhou is the greatest, and the influence of railway operating mileage in Guangxi, Guangdong and the whole river basin is the biggest. Third. Transportation promotes the development of the secondary industry. Guangxi has the greatest impact on the turnover of goods. The other three provinces and the whole river basin have the greatest influence on passenger turnover, Yunnan inland waterway mileage has the biggest effect, the remaining three provinces and the whole river basin have the biggest influence on railway operating mileage. 4th. Traffic and transportation promote the development of the tertiary industry, and the passenger turnover is the most important. The value added of the third industry in Guangdong and the whole river basin is negatively related to the turnover of goods. It shows that the proportion of the third industry in Guangdong is large, and the increase of the turnover of goods will not promote the development of the third industry, especially the service industry led by the financial industry. The influence of the inland waterway mileage in Yunnan is the greatest. The other three provinces and the whole valley of railway mileage have the greatest impact. In the part of policy suggestions, the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of transportation in Xijiang River Basin, including the integration of transportation infrastructure, the rationalization of transportation space network layout, information technology, sustainable development, etc.
