【摘要】：改革開放30余年來,我國的國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值不斷高速增長著,而與此同時,消費(fèi)率尤其是居民消費(fèi)率則在持續(xù)下降。另一方面,收入分配差距擴(kuò)大的問題在我國也愈演愈烈。因此,促進(jìn)居民消費(fèi)增長和減少收入分配不公,就成為了我國現(xiàn)階段的兩大工作熱點(diǎn)。 那么,收入分配是否會對消費(fèi)需求產(chǎn)生影響呢?本文對這一問題進(jìn)行了理論分析,并以甘肅省為研究對象,對其進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。理論分析包括兩方面的內(nèi)容：首先,梳理了西方消費(fèi)理論中的收入分配和總消費(fèi)的關(guān)系。其次,探討了在各項(xiàng)經(jīng)典的消費(fèi)假說之外,收入分配差距的擴(kuò)大是通過何種機(jī)理來影響居民消費(fèi)需求的。實(shí)證分析同樣包括兩個部分：第一部分對甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)居民的收入分配和消費(fèi)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了考察,發(fā)現(xiàn)甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)也存在收入分配差距擴(kuò)大和居民消費(fèi)率下降的問題。第二部分采取甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)居民1985-2010的相關(guān)時間序列數(shù)據(jù),通過建立計量經(jīng)濟(jì)模型,對收入分配差距擴(kuò)大對于居民消費(fèi)的影響進(jìn)行了回歸分析。并得出結(jié)果：在甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)地區(qū),收入分配差距的擴(kuò)大對居民的消費(fèi)需求存在著顯著的負(fù)面影響。 在此實(shí)證結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了相關(guān)的政策建議,認(rèn)為甘肅省應(yīng)該致力于提高居民的收入和消費(fèi)水平,只有雙策并舉,才能有助于降低其城鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)收入分配差距的拉大對居民消費(fèi)需求造成的不利影響。
[Abstract]:For more than 30 years since the reform and opening up, China's GDP has been growing at a high speed, while at the same time, the consumption rate, especially the consumption rate of the residents, has continued to decline. On the other hand, The problem of widening the income distribution gap is becoming more and more serious in our country, therefore, promoting the increase of resident consumption and reducing the unfair distribution of income have become the two hot spots of our country's work at the present stage. So, will income distribution have an impact on consumer demand? This paper makes a theoretical analysis of this problem, and takes Gansu Province as the research object to make an empirical test of it. The theoretical analysis includes two aspects: first of all, This paper combs the relationship between income distribution and total consumption in western consumption theory. Secondly, it discusses the relationship between income distribution and total consumption in western consumption theory. The empirical analysis also includes two parts: the first part examines the income distribution and consumption status of urban residents in Gansu Province. It is found that the gap of income distribution and the decrease of consumption rate also exist in the urban areas of Gansu Province. In the second part, the relevant time series data of urban residents in Gansu Province from 1985 to 2010 are adopted, and the econometric model is established. This paper makes regression analysis on the effect of the widening of income distribution gap on residents' consumption, and draws the conclusion that the widening of income distribution gap has a significant negative effect on the consumption demand of residents in Gansu Province. On the basis of the empirical results, this paper puts forward the relevant policy recommendations, that Gansu Province should strive to improve the income and consumption level of residents, only two measures, It can help to reduce the negative impact on the consumption demand caused by the widening income distribution gap in urban areas.
