【摘要】：當(dāng)前,隨著廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,人類社會(huì)已經(jīng)由傳統(tǒng)的滿足生理需求的“物本經(jīng)濟(jì)”進(jìn)入以同時(shí)滿足生理需求和心理需求或者以滿足心理需求為主的“人本經(jīng)濟(jì)”時(shí)代。在黨中央和國務(wù)院再次強(qiáng)調(diào)擴(kuò)大就業(yè)是保障和改善民生的頭等大事的今天,深入探討廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)我國就業(yè)的整體福利效果,有助于人們更好的從戰(zhàn)略高度認(rèn)識(shí)到廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)于國計(jì)民生的必要性和緊迫性。我國人口眾多,就業(yè)壓力一直很大,在加快經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的過程當(dāng)中,如果把以服務(wù)業(yè)特別是現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)為主的廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起來,就能夠充分發(fā)揮其資本有機(jī)構(gòu)成低、人力資本要素富集、勞動(dòng)就業(yè)彈性系數(shù)高的優(yōu)勢(shì),從而促進(jìn)就業(yè)的數(shù)量增長、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和質(zhì)量提高的三者有機(jī)融合。 本文以當(dāng)前世界經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入新經(jīng)濟(jì)、新財(cái)富時(shí)代,國內(nèi)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和就業(yè)面臨的新形勢(shì)為背景,利用中國廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)定量測(cè)算了廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的直接、間接以及綜合就業(yè)效應(yīng)。具體研究內(nèi)容如下： 第一章主要闡述選題的背景及意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和本文采用的研究路線與方法。 第二章對(duì)國內(nèi)外關(guān)于廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與就業(yè)增長關(guān)系的基本理論進(jìn)行了總結(jié),其中包括虛擬資本下的虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)下的虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)理論以及廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)下的就業(yè)理論。 第三章就中國目前廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和就業(yè)狀況進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)描述,主要包括兩方面的內(nèi)容：中國廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)增長現(xiàn)狀。 第四章從數(shù)量關(guān)系上定量檢驗(yàn)了廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與就業(yè)增長之間的關(guān)系,結(jié)果表明：廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與就業(yè)之間存在協(xié)整關(guān)系,且互為因果,即廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展能夠促進(jìn)就業(yè)增長,反過來,就業(yè)增長又能促進(jìn)廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。 第五章,主要利用數(shù)理建模和計(jì)量分析實(shí)證研究廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的就業(yè)效應(yīng),全方位、多層面科學(xué)評(píng)估廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)我國就業(yè)的影響。主要是利用1995—2011年的時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù),通過構(gòu)建聯(lián)立方程模型,借助Eviwes6.0軟件,以廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)所主要涉及的第三產(chǎn)業(yè)為統(tǒng)計(jì)核算范圍,嘗試性地定量測(cè)度了廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)就業(yè)增長的直接效應(yīng)、間接效應(yīng)和綜合效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明：廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展可以直接促進(jìn)我國的就業(yè)水平提高,其生產(chǎn)總值每增加1%,我國就業(yè)量直接增加0.271885%；廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展不僅對(duì)就業(yè)產(chǎn)生直接效應(yīng),它還可以通過帶動(dòng)第一、二產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)就業(yè)產(chǎn)生間接效應(yīng),分別為0.015994%和0.184501%；廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展還可以通過促進(jìn)投資對(duì)就業(yè)產(chǎn)生正效應(yīng)(0.010156%)；廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展促進(jìn)了技術(shù)水平的提高,但對(duì)就業(yè)的效應(yīng)為負(fù)(-0.248346%),反映了現(xiàn)階段技術(shù)水平的提高對(duì)就業(yè)產(chǎn)生了沖擊效應(yīng),而改變技術(shù)進(jìn)步帶來的勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率提高與勞動(dòng)就業(yè)減少的這種替代關(guān)系的一個(gè)可行辦法是,要進(jìn)一步調(diào)整我國經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式。 第六章總結(jié)了全文的研究結(jié)論,從全球化、新經(jīng)濟(jì)、開放視角提出我國如何通過大力發(fā)展廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)促進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換和勞動(dòng)就業(yè)協(xié)同耦合、和諧增長的相關(guān)政策建議。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要有：改變以往從傳統(tǒng)的“物本經(jīng)濟(jì)”的角度研究經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與就業(yè)增長關(guān)系的視角,從“人本經(jīng)濟(jì)"的角度對(duì)廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的就業(yè)效應(yīng)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,并且,在研究廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)與就業(yè)的關(guān)系時(shí),不再局限于只研究其直接效應(yīng),而是考慮廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)其它相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的帶動(dòng)作用,利用聯(lián)立方程模型全方位、多層面定量測(cè)度廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的直接、間接、綜合就業(yè)效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:At present, with the continuous development of the generalized virtual economy, human society has made to meet the physiological needs of traditional "the economy" to satisfy the physical and mental demands or to meet the psychological needs of the economy. The Party Central Committee and the State Council again stressed that the expansion of employment is a priority to protect and improve people's livelihood the study of generalized virtual economy development of our country's employment overall welfare effect, the necessity for the from a strategic height to beneficial to the people's livelihood development of generalized virtual economy and the urgency to help people better. Our country has a large population, the employment pressure has been great, in the process of accelerating the transformation of economic development mode, if in the service industry especially the modern service industry of the generalized virtual economy developed, can give full play to the organic composition of capital is low, the human capital to The enrichment of the elements and the advantages of high elasticity coefficient of labor and employment will promote the increase in the number of employment, the organic integration of the three groups of structural optimization and quality improvement.
In this paper, the current world economy entered a new economic era, the new wealth, the new situation facing domestic structural adjustment and employment as the background, using the related data of quantitative China generalized virtual economic development estimates the development of generalized virtual economy directly, indirect and comprehensive employment effect. The second chapter summarizes the domestic and foreign about the relationship between generalized virtual economic development and employment growth in the basic theory, including the theory of virtual capital under the virtual economy, virtual economy theory under the information network, the generalized virtual economy theory and the generalized virtual economy theory of employment.
