【摘要】：以阿克蘇地區(qū)拜城縣為例,討論煤炭資源開發(fā)作用于人民生活水平提高的機制。通過實地問卷調(diào)研和計量分析,尋找不同所有制煤炭企業(yè)對當?shù)鼐蜆I(yè)的貢獻情況、決定農(nóng)民參與同煤炭業(yè)相關(guān)就業(yè)的農(nóng)戶特征、收入的決定因素,最后得出關(guān)于資源開發(fā)如何實現(xiàn)地區(qū)繁榮與人民富裕的政策含義。
[Abstract]:Taking Baicheng County in Aksu area as an example, this paper discusses the mechanism of coal resource development acting on the improvement of people's living standard. Through questionnaire investigation and quantitative analysis on the spot, the contribution of coal enterprises with different ownership to local employment is found. The characteristics of farmers participating in the employment related to coal industry and the determinant factors of income are determined. Finally, the policy implications of how to realize regional prosperity and people's prosperity in the development of resources are obtained.
