【摘要】：受世界經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)整過渡及我國(guó)各種因素的影響,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)已步入新常態(tài)時(shí)期,面臨新的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和金融管制的放松,虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)獲得了巨大發(fā)展。虛擬資產(chǎn)增長(zhǎng)速度愈來愈快,在整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系中的比重也愈來愈大。越來越多的人關(guān)注虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康運(yùn)行與宏觀調(diào)控,對(duì)虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展規(guī)模、結(jié)構(gòu)、比例、速度等數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)生了空前需求。而我國(guó)尚未建立完善的虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)方法研究體系,數(shù)據(jù)空缺嚴(yán)重,無法滿足社會(huì)各界的需要。此時(shí),進(jìn)行虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)方法研究不僅有助于我國(guó)政府部門建立虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)方法體系,提高數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量,還對(duì)整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)持續(xù)有效發(fā)展具有重要作用。首先,本文從虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)核算現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),分析了虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)核算的意義,建立了虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)核算方法體系,并對(duì)分類依據(jù)、核算指標(biāo)、核算規(guī)則及核算方法等問題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。第二,針對(duì)我國(guó)虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查方法現(xiàn)狀,探討了虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查的必要性,設(shè)計(jì)了虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查方法體系,并將二重抽樣方法納入其中,提出了虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)總體指標(biāo)和抽樣誤差的估計(jì)公式。第三,研究了虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)多種統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法進(jìn)行綜合比較,在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用綜合指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)法和VECM模型法對(duì)我國(guó)虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,進(jìn)而提出改進(jìn)我國(guó)虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法的設(shè)想。最后,在研究虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)核算方法、虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查方法及虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國(guó)虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)現(xiàn)狀,提出改進(jìn)虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)方法、健全虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)體系及提高虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Influenced by the world economic adjustment and transition and various factors in China, China's economy has entered a new normal period, facing new opportunities and challenges. With the economic globalization and financial deregulation, Virtual economy has made great progress. Virtual assets are growing faster and faster, and the proportion in the whole economic system is also increasing. More and more people pay attention to the healthy operation and macro-control of virtual economy, and develop the scale of virtual economy. Structure, proportion, speed and other data have produced unprecedented demand. However, our country has not yet established a perfect research system of virtual economic statistical methods, and the data are so vacant that they cannot meet the needs of all sectors of society. The research on the statistical method of virtual economy is not only helpful for government departments to set up the statistical method system of virtual economy and improve the data quality, but also plays an important role in the sustainable and effective development of the whole economic system. Based on the present situation of statistical accounting of virtual economy, this paper analyzes the significance of statistical accounting of virtual economy, establishes the method system of statistical accounting of virtual economy, and gives the classification basis and accounting index. Accounting rules and accounting methods are systematically designed. Secondly, aiming at the present situation of virtual economic statistical survey in China, the necessity of virtual economic statistical survey is discussed, and the method system of virtual economic statistical survey is designed. And the double sampling method is included, and the estimation formula of the total index and sampling error of virtual economy is put forward. Thirdly, the present situation of statistical analysis method of virtual economy is studied, and the comprehensive comparison of various statistical analysis methods is carried out, on the basis of which, This paper makes an empirical study on the virtual economy in China by using the comprehensive index evaluation method and VECM model method, and then puts forward the assumption of improving the statistical analysis method of the virtual economy in our country. Finally, the paper studies the statistical accounting method of the virtual economy. On the basis of the survey method of virtual economy statistics and the statistical analysis method of virtual economy, combined with the present situation of fictitious economy statistics in our country, the paper puts forward to improve the method of virtual economy statistics. Improve the system of virtual economic statistics and improve the quality of virtual economic statistics.
