【摘要】：社會風險與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之間存在內(nèi)在的聯(lián)系。在一國現(xiàn)代化過程中，經(jīng)濟發(fā)展一方面具有降低社會風險的積極因素，另一方面也有放大社會風險的消極因素。一國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展最終傾向于促進社會穩(wěn)定還是增加社會風險取決于多方面的因素，，比如經(jīng)濟增長的速度、經(jīng)濟增長的穩(wěn)定性、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展階段、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的均衡性等。本文在國內(nèi)外已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了我國社會風險與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之間的聯(lián)系，分析了改革開放以來我國社會風險的變動特征。本文運用計量經(jīng)濟模型對我國1984年--2010年間的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行的多元回歸分析表明，我國的社會風險大小與經(jīng)濟增長率、經(jīng)濟增長穩(wěn)定性成負相關(guān)性關(guān)系，與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平之間存在倒“U”型關(guān)系；區(qū)域間經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不平衡已經(jīng)成為影響我國社會風險的重要因素。國際或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟危機也會影響我國的社會風險，但這種影響并不顯著，影響我國社會風險的經(jīng)濟因素主要來自國內(nèi)，而不是國外。
[Abstract]:There is an inherent relationship between social risk and economic development. In the process of modernization of a country, economic development has both positive factors to reduce social risks and negative factors to amplify social risks. The final tendency of a country's economic development to promote social stability or increase social risks depends on various factors, such as the speed of economic growth, the stability of economic growth, the stage of economic development, the equilibrium of economic development, etc. On the basis of existing studies at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the relationship between social risks and economic development in China, and analyzes the changing characteristics of social risks in China since the reform and opening up. In this paper, we use the econometric model to analyze the relevant data from 1984 to 2010 in China. The results show that there is a negative correlation between the social risk and the economic growth rate and the stability of economic growth. There is an inverted "U" type relationship with the level of economic development; The imbalance of regional economic development has become an important factor affecting social risks in China. The international or regional economic crisis will also affect the social risk of our country, but this influence is not significant. The economic factors that affect the social risk of our country mainly come from domestic, not from abroad.
