【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)最核心的問(wèn)題是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展問(wèn)題，大部分經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)進(jìn)行研究的目的也就是富國(guó)強(qiáng)民，解決經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展問(wèn)題。根據(jù)索羅模型的分析，在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中勞動(dòng)力起到了非常關(guān)鍵的作用，而與勞動(dòng)力密切相關(guān)的就是第三產(chǎn)業(yè)。所以，本文綜合分析經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論，試圖從中找尋勞動(dòng)力流動(dòng)與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的相互作用關(guān)系，并以此來(lái)分析中國(guó)第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，了解什么因素影響著中國(guó)第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，了解什么因素決定了勞動(dòng)力流動(dòng)，摸索出中國(guó)未來(lái)可持續(xù)發(fā)展路徑。 勞動(dòng)力流動(dòng)會(huì)影響各地區(qū)第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，，而各地區(qū)第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展也會(huì)促進(jìn)勞動(dòng)力在各地區(qū)之間的流動(dòng)。本文采取理論結(jié)合實(shí)踐的方式，根據(jù)新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)理論構(gòu)建勞動(dòng)力流動(dòng)與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的聯(lián)立方程，系統(tǒng)分析了2006~2009年中國(guó)各省市勞動(dòng)力流動(dòng)與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素及兩者之間的內(nèi)生性關(guān)系。 本文首先對(duì)勞動(dòng)力流動(dòng)與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論與文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理，從而發(fā)現(xiàn)了勞動(dòng)力流動(dòng)與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)生性，兩者相互影響、相互作用。之后，對(duì)勞動(dòng)力流動(dòng)與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)狀分析，初步驗(yàn)證了二者的相互作用關(guān)系。最后構(gòu)建聯(lián)立方程模型，通過(guò)實(shí)證分析以探討勞動(dòng)力流動(dòng)與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的作用關(guān)系。 通過(guò)求解聯(lián)立方程模型，對(duì)實(shí)證結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，吸引勞動(dòng)力流入的因素有經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)放程度與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況；經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展，農(nóng)村凈收入得到提高，各區(qū)域之間的收入差距也逐漸縮小，對(duì)于勞動(dòng)力流動(dòng)性而言，其也逐漸降低；勞動(dòng)力、資本投入與市場(chǎng)因素有利于第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，但是第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展卻受到了太多的政策管制，同時(shí)城市化的策略在不同地區(qū)的作用影響不一樣；勞動(dòng)力流動(dòng)與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展有相互聯(lián)系、相互作用關(guān)系，進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致勞動(dòng)力在東部的聚集效應(yīng)和在中西部的分散效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The core problem of economics is the problem of economic development. The purpose of most economists to study economics is to enrich the country and strengthen the people to solve the problem of economic development. According to the analysis of Solow model, labor force plays a very important role in economic development, and the third industry is closely related to labor force. Therefore, this paper comprehensively analyzes the theory of economic growth, tries to find out the interaction between labor force flow and the development of the tertiary industry, and then analyzes the current situation of the development of the third industry in China. To understand what factors affect the development of China's tertiary industry, to understand what factors determine the flow of labor force, to explore the path of sustainable development of China in the future. Labor mobility will affect the development of tertiary industry in different regions, and the development of tertiary industry in different regions will also promote the mobility of labor force in different regions. Based on the theory of new economic geography, this paper constructs the simultaneous equation of labor force flow and the development of tertiary industry by combining theory with practice. This paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors and the endogenous relationship between labor mobility and the development of tertiary industry in various provinces and cities of China from 2006 to 2009. This paper firstly combs the relevant theories and literatures of labor mobility and tertiary industry development, and then finds out the endogenous nature of labor mobility and tertiary industry development, which influence and interact with each other. Then, the paper analyzes the current situation of labor mobility and the development of tertiary industry, and preliminarily verifies the interaction between them. Finally, a simultaneous equation model is constructed to explore the relationship between labor mobility and the development of tertiary industry through empirical analysis. By solving the simultaneous equation model, the empirical results show that the factors that attract labor force inflow are economic income, economic openness and the development of tertiary industry. With the continuous development of economy, the net income of rural areas has been increased, the income gap between regions has gradually narrowed, and for the mobility of labor force, it is also gradually reduced; Labor, capital input and market factors are favorable to the development of tertiary industry, but the development of tertiary industry is subject to too many policy controls, and the role of urbanization strategies in different regions is different; The labor mobility and the development of the tertiary industry are interrelated and interacted, which leads to the agglomeration effect of labor force in the east and the dispersion effect in the central and western regions.
