【摘要】：從2000年開始,內(nèi)蒙古用短短的十幾年時(shí)間,無論是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長速度還是經(jīng)濟(jì)總量都得到了快速發(fā)展。在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的背后也存在著一些問題,由于內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)幅員遼闊、地勢狹長,橫跨東北、華北、西北三大區(qū)域,寬廣的區(qū)域?qū)е伦灾螀^(qū)的地理環(huán)境、氣候都存在著差異,因此內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展勢必要受到資源差異,文化差異,環(huán)境差異的影響,呈現(xiàn)出不協(xié)調(diào)的發(fā)展格局。文章通過對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古資源優(yōu)勢、地理優(yōu)勢、產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢,以及內(nèi)蒙古整體區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀簡單論述,介紹內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)與整體態(tài)勢。結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)列表首先對(duì)蒙東、蒙中、蒙西經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展整體水平和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行分析,指出三個(gè)地區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與速度存在明顯差異,并分析形成差異的多個(gè)原因；通過介紹了內(nèi)蒙古第一、二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀剖析產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的諸多問題；再次,對(duì)草原生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化造成的環(huán)境問題的陳述分析草原退化的原因是因?yàn)椴莸厥褂貌划?dāng)?shù)戎T多因素造成。文章的最后針對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)發(fā)展差異大,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展不合理以及草原退化沙化嚴(yán)重這三個(gè)問題分別提出解決方案,首先通過政策性意見縮小地區(qū)發(fā)展差異,以達(dá)到內(nèi)蒙古區(qū)域間協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展；其次依靠發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)集群解決產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀中存在的問題,達(dá)到產(chǎn)業(yè)間協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展；最后通過提倡發(fā)展游牧經(jīng)濟(jì)緩解草原退化沙化嚴(yán)重的生態(tài)問題,已達(dá)到經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)相協(xié)調(diào)。通過對(duì)三方面問題的解決最后達(dá)到內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)整體協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since 2000, Inner Mongolia has developed rapidly in economic growth rate and gross economic volume in a short period of more than ten years. There are also some problems behind the economic development.Because Inner Mongolia has a vast territory and a narrow terrain, across the three major regions of northeast, north and northwest, the vast area leads to differences in the geographical environment and climate of the autonomous region. Therefore, the economic development of Inner Mongolia is bound to be affected by the differences of resources, culture and environment. This paper briefly discusses the resources advantage, geographical advantage, industry advantage and the present situation of Inner Mongolia's regional economic development, and introduces the foundation and the overall situation of Inner Mongolia's economic development. Based on the data list, this paper first analyzes the overall level of economic development and industrial development of Mengdong, Mongolia-China and Mengxi, and points out that there are obvious differences in the development status and speed of the three regions, and analyzes the reasons for the differences. Through the introduction of the first, second and third industries in Inner Mongolia, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of the first, second and third industries. Thirdly, the environmental problems caused by the deterioration of grassland ecological environment are analyzed. The reason of grassland degradation is due to improper use of grassland and many other factors. Finally, aiming at the three problems of Inner Mongolia region, such as big development difference, unreasonable industry development and serious grassland degradation and desertification, the paper puts forward solutions separately. Firstly, the regional development difference is reduced through policy opinions. In order to achieve the coordinated development of Inner Mongolia; Secondly, depending on the development of industrial clusters to solve the existing problems in industrial development, to achieve coordinated development between industries; Finally, by advocating the development of nomadic economy to alleviate the serious ecological problems of grassland degradation and desertification, the coordination between economic development and environmental protection has been achieved. Through the three aspects of the solution to the final economic development of Inner Mongolia region as a whole.
