【摘要】：采用2001~2011年中國30個(gè)省份的面板數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)制造業(yè)集聚與環(huán)境技術(shù)效率之間的關(guān)系。全樣本回歸結(jié)果表明:制造業(yè)集聚與環(huán)境技術(shù)效率呈倒U型關(guān)系,人均消費(fèi)水平與環(huán)境技術(shù)效率也呈倒U型,科技投資和企業(yè)環(huán)境管理能力與環(huán)境技術(shù)效率顯著正相關(guān),工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和能源消耗與環(huán)境技術(shù)效率顯著負(fù)相關(guān);東、中、西部地區(qū)的制造業(yè)集聚與環(huán)境技術(shù)效率之間的關(guān)系具有較大差異性。政府應(yīng)針對各區(qū)域制造業(yè)集聚發(fā)展階段及特征制定相應(yīng)政策,促進(jìn)環(huán)境技術(shù)效率水平的提高。
[Abstract]:Using panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2001 to 2011, the relationship between manufacturing agglomeration and environmental technology efficiency is empirically tested. The whole sample regression results show that the relationship between manufacturing agglomeration and environmental technical efficiency is inversely U-shaped, and the per capita consumption level is also inversely U-shaped with environmental technical efficiency, and there is a significant positive correlation between scientific and technological investment and environmental management capacity of enterprises and environmental technical efficiency. The industrial structure and energy consumption are negatively correlated with the environmental technical efficiency. The relationship between manufacturing agglomeration and environmental technical efficiency in east, middle and west regions is quite different. The government should formulate corresponding policies according to the development stage and characteristics of regional manufacturing agglomeration to promote the improvement of environmental technical efficiency.
