【摘要】：正2014年6月13日至21日,第五屆明斯基夏季研討會(Hyman P.Minsky Summer Seminar)在美國巴德學(xué)院利維經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所順利舉辦。其時,筆者正在美國訪學(xué),有幸參與了這場學(xué)術(shù)盛會。在為期九天的會議里,來自美國、中國、德國、英國、加拿大、俄羅斯、巴西、印度、意大利、西班牙、芬蘭、愛爾蘭、希臘、墨西哥、哥倫比亞、厄瓜多爾等國的70多位經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)者及研究生在闡釋海曼·明斯基(Hyman P.Minsky,1919—1996)學(xué)術(shù)思想的基礎(chǔ)上,就資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)的現(xiàn)狀、主流經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的缺陷、金融不穩(wěn)定性與經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)、財政政策與貨幣政策的關(guān)聯(lián)、就業(yè)與勞動力市場等議題進(jìn)行了廣泛而深入的探討。一、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的主流與非主流
[Abstract]:From 13 to 21 June 2014, the fifth Minsky Summer Seminar (Hyman P.Minsky Summer Seminar) was successfully held at the Levy Institute of Economics at Bard College. At that time, I was visiting the United States, fortunately participated in this academic event. During the nine-day meeting, they came from the United States, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, Russia, Brazil, India, Italy, Spain, Finland, Ireland, Greece, Mexico, Colombia, More than 70 economists and graduate students from Ecuador and other countries, on the basis of explaining the academic thought of Hyman P. Minsky 1919-1996, discussed the current situation of capitalist economy and the defects of mainstream economics. Financial instability and economic crisis, the relationship between fiscal policy and monetary policy, employment and labor market are discussed extensively and deeply.
