社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的人本理念研究

【摘要】：追問(wèn)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的價(jià)值目的，，是我們發(fā)展社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)必須要關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展到底為了什么以及如何發(fā)展？人在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中應(yīng)該處于什么樣的位置？這既涉及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題，也關(guān)系到黨對(duì)各項(xiàng)方針、政策的制定。其中既有“應(yīng)然”的問(wèn)題，也有“實(shí)然”的問(wèn)題。當(dāng)代世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的“全球問(wèn)題”、面臨的“人類困境”和當(dāng)今中國(guó)在經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展中凸顯的種種不和諧，說(shuō)明過(guò)去“以物為本”的發(fā)展存在一定的偏頗�！耙晕餅楸尽钡慕�(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式關(guān)注經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的速度，僅僅用一系列表征物質(zhì)財(cái)富的經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)字來(lái)衡量一個(gè)社會(huì)的發(fā)展水平，編織經(jīng)濟(jì)化的社會(huì)發(fā)展圖景，這種“見物不見人”的發(fā)展理念是對(duì)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的有害背離，它忽視了人的個(gè)性張揚(yáng)與價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)，沒(méi)有給予人一定的尊重與關(guān)懷，造成了社會(huì)與人的畸形發(fā)展。如此的代價(jià)不得不讓我們警醒到：社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)必須要本著“以人為本”的理念，堅(jiān)持人是社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的出發(fā)點(diǎn)、目的和歸宿。這是發(fā)展、完善社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的本質(zhì)要求，也是時(shí)代發(fā)展提出的必然要求。所以，在學(xué)習(xí)和貫徹科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的過(guò)程中，分析市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中以人為本的踐行困境、把握當(dāng)代中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的價(jià)值方向、堅(jiān)持以人為本的發(fā)展模式、建立和制定符合最廣大人民群眾根本利益的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展路線和政策已成為當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中的緊要問(wèn)題。 本文分為四部分來(lái)進(jìn)行： 第一部分簡(jiǎn)述中國(guó)的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)踐特色性及其在實(shí)踐過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題； 第二部分對(duì)馬克思“人本”理念的基本規(guī)定及其理論過(guò)程進(jìn)行闡述。 第三部分論述社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的人本理念，對(duì)其基本規(guī)定和制度效應(yīng)進(jìn)行解釋。 第四部分結(jié)合社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況，論述人本理念的價(jià)值，即對(duì)“市場(chǎng)失靈”與“政府失靈”的精神約束。
[Abstract]:Pursuing the value purpose of the development of market economy is the problem that we must pay attention to in the development of socialist market economy. What is the purpose of the development of market economy and how to develop it? What position should people be in economic development? This involves not only the value evaluation of economic development, but also the formulation of the Party's principles and policies. There are both the problem of "ought to be" and the problem of "reality". The "global problems" in the development of the contemporary world economy, the "human predicament" and the disharmony highlighted in the rapid economic development of China today indicate that there were certain biases in the development of "material-oriented" in the past. The "material-oriented" economic development model focuses on the speed of economic growth. It only uses a series of economic figures to measure a society's level of development and weave a picture of economic social development. The development concept of "seeing things without seeing people" is a harmful deviation to the socialist market economy. It ignores the publicity of human personality and the realization of value, and does not give people certain respect and concern, resulting in the abnormal development of society and people. Such a price has to wake us up: the socialist market economy must be based on the "people-oriented" concept, insisting that man is the starting point, purpose and destination of the development of the socialist market economy. This is the essential requirement of the development of the socialist market economy and the inevitable requirement of the development of the times. Therefore, in the process of studying and implementing the scientific concept of development, we should analyze the dilemma of putting people first in the development of market economy, grasp the value direction of contemporary Chinese economic development, and adhere to the mode of people-oriented development. The establishment and formulation of economic development routes and policies that are in line with the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people have become a critical issue in the current economic and social development. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part briefly describes the characteristics of China's market economy practice and the problems in the process of practice; The second part expounds the basic rules and theoretical process of Marx's humanism. The third part discusses the humanistic concept of socialist market economy, and explains its basic regulation and system effect. The fourth part discusses the value of humanism, that is, the spiritual restriction on "market failure" and "government failure", combined with the realistic situation of socialist market economy.
