【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變的城市化響應(yīng)是國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界廣泛關(guān)注的一個研究領(lǐng)域。目前我國產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展正處于轉(zhuǎn)型期,城市化發(fā)展也處于高速發(fā)展階段,區(qū)域城市化的有序發(fā)展以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級對于我國的經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展具有重大的意義。本研究將以“空間差異”為視角,探討地區(qū)間城市化響應(yīng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變的過程及規(guī)律,并分析產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變城市化響應(yīng)強度的地區(qū)差異,以及影響其地區(qū)差異的影響因素,這對于區(qū)域城市化推進與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展具有一定的實踐意義。 研究選取西部欠發(fā)達地區(qū)甘肅省為研究對象。第一部分從總體上對甘肅省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)以及城市化進行分析,在對甘肅省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變的城市化響應(yīng)強度的演變過程做階段性分析；第二部分以甘肅省14個地州市為研究個體,分析14個地州市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變的城市化響應(yīng)強度,并按響應(yīng)強度的強弱劃分區(qū)域類型；第三部分對甘肅省14個地州市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變城市化響應(yīng)強度的影響因素進行面板數(shù)據(jù)的實證分析；最后,基于分析結(jié)論,結(jié)合甘肅省省情,提出促進甘肅省區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展及城市化進程的相關(guān)建議。 本研究的結(jié)論是：各種影響因素對城市化響應(yīng)較高的城市影響不顯著,這些城市大都屬于典型的工業(yè)化城市,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)單一,城市功能不完善,對周邊地區(qū)的輻射力不強。但是各影響因素對城市化響應(yīng)強度較低的區(qū)域具有顯著的影響,其中區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平和城市投資力度對區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變的城市化響應(yīng)強度的影響最明顯,其次是城市建成區(qū)面積和區(qū)域市場發(fā)育水平,而區(qū)域?qū)ν忾_放程度對甘肅省14個地州市的影響極弱。據(jù)此,根據(jù)各區(qū)域?qū)嶋H發(fā)展情況,因地制宜的提出適合各區(qū)域發(fā)展的相關(guān)政策。
[Abstract]:The urbanization response to the evolution of industrial structure is a research field widely concerned by domestic and foreign academic circles. At present, China's industrial development is in the transition period, the urbanization development is also in the high-speed development stage. The orderly development of regional urbanization and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure are of great significance to the economic and social development of our country. From the perspective of "spatial difference", this study will discuss the process and law of urbanization response to the evolution of industrial structure among regions, and analyze the regional differences in the intensity of urbanization response to the evolution of industrial structure, as well as the factors affecting the regional differences. This for regional urbanization and industrial development has a certain practical significance. The study selected Gansu Province as the research object. In the first part, the industrial structure, employment structure and urbanization of Gansu Province are analyzed, and the evolution process of the urbanization response intensity of the evolution of the industrial structure in Gansu Province is analyzed. The second part takes 14 prefectures and cities in Gansu Province as the research individual, analyzes the urbanization response intensity of the industrial structure evolution in 14 prefectures and cities, and divides the regional types according to the intensity of the response intensity. The third part carries on the empirical analysis to the influencing factors of the urbanization response intensity in 14 prefectures and cities of Gansu province. Finally, based on the conclusion of the analysis and the situation of Gansu Province, the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of regional industry and the process of urbanization in Gansu Province. The conclusion of this study is that the impact of various factors on the cities with high urbanization response is not significant. Most of these cities belong to the typical industrialized cities, with a single industrial structure, imperfect urban functions and weak radiation to the surrounding areas. However, all factors have a significant impact on the region with low urbanization response intensity, in which the level of regional economic development and the intensity of urban investment have the most significant impact on the urbanization response intensity of the evolution of regional industrial structure. Secondly, the area of urban built-up area and the level of regional market development, and the influence of regional opening to 14 prefectures and cities in Gansu Province is very weak. Accordingly, according to the actual development of each region, the relevant policies suitable for the development of each region are put forward according to the local conditions.
