【摘要】：為解決經(jīng)過(guò)Mawdesley修正的Mathews圖表法的分區(qū)劃分限于回歸分析,過(guò)于簡(jiǎn)化,在水力半徑過(guò)小及過(guò)大2個(gè)區(qū)域沒(méi)有給出明確的穩(wěn)定性判斷等問(wèn)題,通過(guò)建立BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)巖體穩(wěn)定性預(yù)測(cè)模型,利用Mawdesley修正的圖表法歷史樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,在滿足精度要求的約束下對(duì)Mathews圖表中節(jié)點(diǎn)的穩(wěn)定性狀態(tài)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),繪制穩(wěn)定性等值線圖,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行分區(qū)的優(yōu)化調(diào)整,對(duì)于低穩(wěn)定性系數(shù)小水力半徑和高穩(wěn)定性系數(shù)大水力半徑的2個(gè)區(qū)域,給出了穩(wěn)定性確切的分區(qū)定義,調(diào)整后的分區(qū)在中間區(qū)域和原圖基本重合,能很好的符合歷史數(shù)據(jù)樣本,證明了應(yīng)用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)Mathews圖表法進(jìn)行分區(qū)的合理性。在焦家金礦進(jìn)行了工業(yè)試驗(yàn),利用調(diào)整后的分區(qū)及臨界跨度設(shè)計(jì)法進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)優(yōu)化,進(jìn)路跨度提高到7.9 m,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果采場(chǎng)穩(wěn)定性良好。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the partition of Mathews chart method modified by Mawdesley is limited to regression analysis, it is too simplified, and there is no definite stability judgment in the two areas of too small hydraulic radius and too large hydraulic radius, etc. Through the establishment of BP neural network rock mass stability prediction model and the training of historical sample data of Mawdesley modified chart method, the stability state of nodes in Mathews chart can be predicted under the constraint of satisfying the precision requirement. On the basis of drawing the contour map of stability, the optimal adjustment of the zone is carried out. For the two regions with small hydraulic radius with low stability coefficient and large hydraulic radius with high stability coefficient, the precise zone definition of stability is given. The adjusted partition basically coincides with the original map in the middle area, which can fit the historical data sample very well, and proves the rationality of using neural network to partition the Mathews chart method. The industrial test was carried out in Jiaojia Gold Mine. The structural parameters are optimized by using the adjusted zoning and critical span design method. The approach span is increased to 7.9 m, and the stope stability is good.
