【摘要】：建筑業(yè)的快速發(fā)展在促進(jìn)就業(yè)崗位增加的同時(shí),也帶動(dòng)了許多其他行業(yè)的進(jìn)步,在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展歷程中占據(jù)著重要地位。但是,建筑工程的建設(shè)周期長(zhǎng)、施工過(guò)程復(fù)雜,影響因素較多,這使得建筑施工安全事故的發(fā)生頻率也較高,由此造成的人員傷亡與財(cái)產(chǎn)損失數(shù)量驚人。雖然國(guó)家對(duì)此十分重視,頒布了許多與建筑安全管理相關(guān)的法律法規(guī),并嚴(yán)格要求施工企業(yè)做好安全管理工作,但是仍然不能將建筑安全從被動(dòng)管理的狀態(tài)中解脫出來(lái)。因此,實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑業(yè)由事后應(yīng)急處理向事前預(yù)警防范的轉(zhuǎn)變至關(guān)重要。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)于預(yù)警防范方面的研究較多,并取得了一定成果。但是對(duì)于建筑施工安全預(yù)警,現(xiàn)階段的研究缺乏精確度高、適用性強(qiáng)的預(yù)警模型,因此,建立一種精確的高效的建筑施工安全預(yù)警模型具有重要意義。本文通過(guò)對(duì)建筑施工安全管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,指出較大事故及較大以上事故的死亡率較高,闡明進(jìn)行建筑施工安全事故預(yù)警研究的必要性。通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)2011年以來(lái)發(fā)生的建筑施工安全事故的類(lèi)型及規(guī)律分析,綜合運(yùn)用事故致因理論,找出影響建筑施工安全事故的主要因素,并借助SPSS軟件進(jìn)行影響因素的篩選與綜合,最終建立起具有五個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)、十九個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)的建筑安全預(yù)警指標(biāo)體系。通過(guò)分析與對(duì)比各種預(yù)警方法的特點(diǎn)及適用范圍,指出BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)用于建筑施工安全事故預(yù)警的優(yōu)越性,并針對(duì)基于BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建筑施工安全事故預(yù)警傳統(tǒng)模型的局限性,在收斂速度與預(yù)測(cè)精度方面進(jìn)行了改進(jìn);最后,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目實(shí)際情況借助Matlab軟件對(duì)改進(jìn)模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,為提高建筑安全管理的效率提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the construction industry in promoting employment increases at the same time, also led to many other industries progress, plays an important role in the development of the national economy. However, construction of the long construction period, complex construction process, the influence of many factors, the frequency of accidents of construction personnel is also higher. Casualties and property losses caused by a staggering amount. Although the country attaches great importance to the promulgation of a number of related laws and regulations of construction safety management, and strict requirements for construction enterprises to do safety management work, but still can not be free from the passive management of construction safety state. Therefore, the construction industry to achieve by the emergency treatment is crucial to prevent to advance warning changes. At present, domestic and foreign scholars for early warning researches, and has made some achievements. But for the construction Construction safety warning, the present study is lack of high accuracy, strong applicability and early warning model, therefore, it is important to establish an accurate and efficient construction safety early warning model. By analyzing the current situation of construction safety management, points out that more accidents and accidents than larger high mortality, it is necessary for construction safety accident early warning research. Through the analysis of the types and laws of building construction safety accidents happened in China since 2011, the comprehensive use of accident causation theory, find out the main factors influencing the construction safety accidents, and the factors influencing the selection and integrated with SPSS software, set up with five an index, construction safety early warning index system of nineteen level two indexes. The characteristics and applicable scope of analysis and comparison of various methods of early-warning, pointed out that the BP of God The superiority of early warning network for construction safety accidents, and aiming at the limitations of BP neural network construction safety accident early warning based on the traditional model, the convergence speed and prediction accuracy is improved; finally, combined with the actual situation of the project with the help of Matlab software, the empirical research on the improved model, in order to improve the efficiency of construction safety management to provide a theoretical basis.
