考慮彈性支撐時蜂窩芯剪切屈曲強度的插值求解方法

【摘要】:結合最小余能原理和薄板剪切屈曲失穩(wěn)理論,給出了蜂窩芯等效剪切屈曲強度的理論表達式。將胞壁等效為受彈性支撐的梁,通過對固支和簡支條件下的屈曲強度進行插值求解實際胞壁間為彈性支撐時的剪切屈曲強度。然后,利用三點短梁彎曲試驗測量常用Nomex蜂窩芯的剪切屈曲強度,并與彈性支撐下的理論解進行對比,試驗結果與理論解吻合較好,驗證了理論方法的有效性。最后,討論了剪切屈曲強度的各向異性及蜂窩高度對剪切屈曲強度的影響。結果表明,剪切屈曲強度的各向異性程度與蜂窩高度無關,但隨著蜂窩高度的增加,蜂窩芯的縱向和橫向剪切屈曲強度均逐漸減少,減小幅度逐漸減緩。
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of minimum complementary energy and the theory of shear buckling instability of thin plates, the theoretical expression of equivalent shear buckling strength of honeycomb cores is given. The cell wall is equivalent to the elastic braced beam, and the shear buckling strength is calculated by interpolating the buckling strength under the condition of clamping and simply supporting. Then the shear buckling strength of commonly used Nomex honeycomb cores is measured by three point short beam bending test and compared with the theoretical solution under elastic support. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical solution and the validity of the theoretical method is verified. Finally, the anisotropy of shear buckling strength and the effect of honeycomb height on shear buckling strength are discussed. The results show that the anisotropy of shear buckling strength is independent of honeycomb height, but with the increase of honeycomb height, the longitudinal and transverse shear buckling strength of honeycomb core decreases gradually, and the decreasing amplitude gradually decreases.
