【摘要】：為得出鋪放成型過程中熱風(fēng)槍溫度、鋪放速度、壓力輥壓力、壓力輥溫度和底板溫度五個(gè)工藝參數(shù)對復(fù)合材料板材彎曲強(qiáng)度和層間剪切強(qiáng)度(ILSS)的影響,用自制連續(xù)玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)聚苯硫醚預(yù)浸帶進(jìn)行鋪放成型實(shí)驗(yàn)制備復(fù)合材料板材,分別用正交試驗(yàn)和單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)研究其規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,壓力輥壓力對板材ILSS影響最大,底板溫度對ILSS影響最小,鋪放速度對彎曲強(qiáng)度影響最大,壓力輥溫度對彎曲強(qiáng)度影響最小。在合適的范圍內(nèi),降低鋪放速度,升高壓力輥壓力,選擇適中的熱風(fēng)槍溫度、底板溫度和壓力輥溫度,有利于材料彎曲性能和ILSS的提升。在鋪放小車速度為40 cm/min、壓力輥壓力為0.4 MPa、壓力輥溫度為240℃、熱風(fēng)槍溫度為340℃和底板溫度為240℃的條件下,GF/PPS復(fù)合材料板材的層間剪切強(qiáng)度和彎曲強(qiáng)度達(dá)到最優(yōu)值,分別為79.94 MPa和1097.37 MPa。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the influence of five technological parameters, such as hot air gun temperature, laying speed, pressure roll pressure, pressure roll temperature and bottom plate temperature, on the bending strength and interlaminar shear strength of composite plate, Composite plates were prepared by prepreg tape with continuous glass fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS). The regularity was studied by orthogonal test and single factor experiment respectively. The results show that the pressure roll pressure has the greatest influence on the ILSS of the plate, the bottom plate temperature has the least influence on the ILSS, the laying speed has the greatest influence on the bending strength, and the pressure roll temperature has the least influence on the bending strength. In the proper range, reducing the laying speed, increasing the pressure of pressure roll, choosing the moderate temperature of hot air gun, bottom plate and pressure roll are beneficial to the bending property of material and the improvement of ILSS.
