聚氨酯彈性體隔板夾層結(jié)構(gòu)的等效參數(shù)計算

【摘要】:針對聚氨酯彈性體的隔板夾層結(jié)構(gòu),闡述了多種不同的等效參數(shù)計算方法,并對等效參數(shù)進行計算。首先討論和計算了不考慮結(jié)構(gòu)剪切變形時的整體結(jié)構(gòu)等效參數(shù)計算方法,將整體夾層結(jié)構(gòu)等效為正交各向異性薄板,給出了考慮夾芯抗彎剛度的整體剛度系數(shù)表達式。其次,在考慮夾層結(jié)構(gòu)夾芯存在剪切變形的情況下,推導(dǎo)了由分隔隔板和聚氨酯彈性體組成的夾芯胞元的等效彈性常數(shù);最后,使用基于應(yīng)變能密度等效分析的有限元方法對夾芯胞元等效彈性常數(shù)進行計算,并與理論分析結(jié)果進行對比,二者誤差在10%以內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:According to the partition sandwich structure of polyurethane elastomer, several kinds of calculation methods of equivalent parameters are expounded, and the equivalent parameters are calculated. In this paper, the calculation method of the equivalent parameters of the whole structure without considering the shear deformation of the structure is discussed and calculated, and the integral sandwich structure is equivalent to the orthotropic thin plate, and the expression of the integral stiffness coefficient considering the bending stiffness of the sandwich core is given. Secondly, considering the shear deformation of sandwich core, the equivalent elastic constant of sandwich cell composed of separator and polyurethane elastomer is derived. The finite element method based on the strain energy density equivalent analysis is used to calculate the equivalent elastic constant of the sandwich cell, and the results are compared with the theoretical analysis results. The error between the two methods is less than 10%.
