指針形與patchy-porous 型各向異性顆粒的制備、表征及調(diào)控

【摘要】:由于具有非對稱的形狀或不均勻的性質(zhì),各向異性顆粒具有很多普通均勻球形顆粒所不具備的優(yōu)勢以突破其固有的功能局限。多年來,以Janus、patchy及多組分型三種顆粒為基本類型,大量具有不同結(jié)構(gòu)與性質(zhì)的各向異性顆粒得到了廣泛的研究。其中,微流控技術(shù)因其操作簡易、可重復(fù)性高、成本低廉、產(chǎn)品可控等優(yōu)點(diǎn)也在各向異性顆粒的制備研究中具有越來越重要的地位。但是,目前關(guān)于復(fù)合型各向異性顆粒的研究偏少,且顆粒整體與內(nèi)部的結(jié)構(gòu)特征難以實(shí)現(xiàn)完全獨(dú)立地合成與調(diào)控。本文以微流控技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),制備了指針形及patchy-porous型各向異性顆粒,結(jié)合SEM、micro-CT、顯微成像等方法,對兩者的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征,通過改變實(shí)驗條件進(jìn)行了參數(shù)調(diào)控實(shí)驗。此外,提出并驗證了指針結(jié)構(gòu)的形成機(jī)理,通過引入磁流體研究了指針結(jié)構(gòu)的功能化,研究了patchy-porous型顆�!皊kin”現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生原因及解決方法,結(jié)合拉曼光譜驗證了其快速檢測功能性。取得的主要研究結(jié)論如下:(1)確定了指針形顆粒的可重復(fù)性制備方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了顆粒內(nèi)外各向異性結(jié)構(gòu)的獨(dú)立合成與調(diào)控,全面觀察且定量分析了指針結(jié)構(gòu)的微觀界面與形貌特征,實(shí)現(xiàn)了結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)大范圍、高精度的調(diào)控,并確定了較佳制備條件,初步探究了指針顆粒在微流變示蹤、磁感線標(biāo)記等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用潛力。(2)發(fā)現(xiàn)了指針結(jié)構(gòu)的形成機(jī)理,此種由滲透壓引發(fā)的聚合層內(nèi)外液體傳質(zhì)所造成的界面性質(zhì)差異,為聚合材料結(jié)構(gòu)與形貌的可控化合成提供了新的思路。(3)確定了patchy-porous型顆粒的制備方法,得到了不同實(shí)驗條件對H202與NH4NCO3體系顆粒結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的影響規(guī)律,解決了H202體系顆粒的“skin”現(xiàn)象,獲得了由Ag納米粒子組成的表面patchy結(jié)構(gòu),初步探究了其在顆粒吸附物快速檢測方面的應(yīng)用潛力。
[Abstract]:Due to their asymmetric shape or uneven properties, anisotropic particles have many advantages that ordinary uniform spherical particles do not have in order to break through their inherent functional limitations. Over the years, a large number of anisotropic particles with different structures and properties have been widely studied with Januspatchy and multicomponent particles as the basic types. Microfluidic technology plays an increasingly important role in the preparation of anisotropic particles because of its simple operation, high reproducibility, low cost and controllable products. However, there are few studies on composite anisotropic particles, and it is difficult to synthesize and regulate the structural characteristics of the particles completely independently. Based on the microfluidic technique, the pointer and patchy-porous anisotropic particles were prepared. The microstructure of the two particles was characterized by means of SEMM-micro-CTand microscopic imaging, and the parameter adjustment experiments were carried out by changing the experimental conditions. In addition, the formation mechanism of pointer structure is proposed and verified. The functionalization of pointer structure is studied by introducing magnetic fluid, and the causes and solutions of the phenomenon of "skin" of patchy-porous type particles are studied. The rapid detection function was verified by Raman spectroscopy. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the repeatable preparation method of pointer particle is determined, and the independent synthesis and regulation of anisotropic structure inside and outside the particle are realized. The microcosmic interface and morphology of pointer structure were observed and quantitatively analyzed, the structural parameters were adjusted in a wide range and high precision, the better preparation conditions were determined, and the microrheological tracer of pointer particles was preliminarily explored. (2) the formation mechanism of pointer structure, which is caused by liquid mass transfer inside and outside the polymer layer induced by osmotic pressure, is different. It provides a new idea for the controllable synthesis of the structure and morphology of polymeric materials. (3) the preparation method of patchy-porous particles is determined, and the influence of different experimental conditions on the particle structure parameters of H202 and NH _ 4NCO _ 3 system is obtained. The "skin" phenomenon of H202 particles was solved and the surface patchy structure composed of Ag nanoparticles was obtained. The potential of its application in the rapid detection of particle adsorbents was preliminarily explored.
