【摘要】：采用粉末冶金法制備了亞微米SiC_p增強(qiáng)Al基復(fù)合材料,通過掃描電鏡(SEM)觀察復(fù)合材料的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明,隨著亞微米SiC_p的體積分?jǐn)?shù)增加,Al基復(fù)合材料的相對密度減小,硬度和摩擦因數(shù)增大,抗拉強(qiáng)度先增大后減小,同時(shí)復(fù)合材料的磨損量先減小后增大。當(dāng)亞微米SiC_p的體積分?jǐn)?shù)為6.0%時(shí),Al基復(fù)合材料具有最大的抗拉強(qiáng)度,磨損量較小。當(dāng)添加少量亞微米SiC_p時(shí),由于SiC_p本身具有較高的硬度和強(qiáng)度,可承受一定的載荷,對晶界的滑移具有阻礙作用,從而通過顆粒強(qiáng)化作用提高Al基復(fù)合材料的力學(xué)性能和磨損性能。
[Abstract]:Submicron SiC_p reinforced Al matrix composites were prepared by powder metallurgy. The microstructure of the composites was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that with the increase of the volume fraction of submicron SiC_p, the relative density of Al matrix composites decreases, the hardness and friction coefficient increase, the tensile strength increases first and then decreases, and the wear capacity of the composites decreases first and then increases. When the volume fraction of submicron SiC_p is 6.0, the Al matrix composite has the largest tensile strength and less wear. When a small amount of submicron SiC_p is added, because of the high hardness and strength of SiC_p itself, it can withstand certain loads, which hinders the slip of grain boundary. The mechanical properties and wear properties of Al matrix composites were improved by particle strengthening.
