【摘要】：開(kāi)發(fā)一種結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單和短路開(kāi)斷能力優(yōu)異的交流控制與保護(hù)電器是低壓開(kāi)關(guān)電器的一個(gè)重要發(fā)展方向。該文提出一種新型低壓控制與保護(hù)技術(shù),采用雙線(xiàn)圈盤(pán)渦流斥力機(jī)構(gòu)取代傳統(tǒng)低壓交流接觸器的電磁操動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)低壓電器的分合閘控制以及短路早期檢測(cè)與快速分?jǐn)嗟墓收媳Ｗo(hù)。首先,采用改進(jìn)型人工生命算法對(duì)雙線(xiàn)圈盤(pán)斥力機(jī)構(gòu)的斥力盤(pán)厚度、線(xiàn)圈盤(pán)線(xiàn)徑和匝數(shù)進(jìn)行多參數(shù)綜合尋優(yōu),獲得了機(jī)構(gòu)快速分?jǐn)嗟膬?yōu)化參數(shù)。其次,依據(jù)優(yōu)化參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)樣機(jī)并對(duì)其動(dòng)態(tài)特性加以測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證了樣機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)具備良好的動(dòng)態(tài)特性。最后,將新型控制與保護(hù)電器樣機(jī)應(yīng)用于低壓配電短路故障實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)。結(jié)果表明,提出的低壓控制與保護(hù)技術(shù)可有效實(shí)現(xiàn)短路故障電流的快速抑制與分?jǐn)?為實(shí)現(xiàn)低壓控制與保護(hù)集成提供了一種新思路。
[Abstract]:It is an important development direction of low voltage switchgear to develop a kind of AC control and protection apparatus with simple structure and excellent short circuit breaking ability. In this paper, a new low voltage control and protection technique is proposed, in which the electromagnetic actuator of the conventional low voltage AC contactor is replaced by a double coil disk vortex repulsion mechanism. It can realize the opening and closing control of low voltage electrical apparatus, the early detection of short circuit and the fault protection of fast breaking. Firstly, the improved artificial life algorithm is used to optimize the repulsive disk thickness, coil diameter and turn number of the double-coil repulsion mechanism, and the optimized parameters for quick break up of the mechanism are obtained. Secondly, the prototype is designed according to the optimized parameters and its dynamic characteristics are tested to verify the good dynamic characteristics of the prototype mechanism. Finally, a new type of control and protection apparatus prototype is applied to the low-voltage distribution short-circuit fault experimental system. The results show that the proposed low-voltage control and protection technology can effectively reduce and break the short-circuit fault current, and provide a new idea for the integration of low-voltage control and protection.
