【摘要】：考慮風(fēng)電的不確定性及系統(tǒng)供需互動(dòng),提出了基于賣方靈活電力合約的規(guī)定浮動(dòng)電力區(qū)間的風(fēng)電合同。推導(dǎo)購(gòu)售電雙方參與競(jìng)價(jià)交易及合同交易的效用模型,得到基于合同交易機(jī)會(huì)成本定價(jià)下各自可接受的合同價(jià)格,并通過場(chǎng)外協(xié)商經(jīng)系統(tǒng)安全校核完成合同制定。風(fēng)電商可在合同交易的同時(shí)參與競(jìng)價(jià)市場(chǎng)交易,或利用發(fā)、用電權(quán)交易協(xié)議組成供需多方聯(lián)盟減弱風(fēng)電不確定性造成的效用降低。算例采用蒙特卡洛法模擬求解,驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性,分析了風(fēng)電合同價(jià)格的影響因素,證明了風(fēng)電合同能夠提升交易各方的效益。
[Abstract]:Considering the uncertainty of wind power and the interaction between supply and demand of the system, a wind power contract based on the seller's flexible power contract is proposed. The utility model of bidding and contract transaction is derived, and the acceptable contract price is obtained based on the opportunity cost of contract transaction, and the contract is made through over-the-counter negotiation and system safety check. Wind power companies can participate in bidding market transactions while contract trading, or use power rights trading agreement to form a supply and demand alliance to reduce the effectiveness of wind power uncertainty. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by Monte Carlo method, and the influencing factors of wind power contract price are analyzed. It is proved that wind power contract can improve the benefit of all parties.
