【摘要】：為了研究電纜水樹修復(fù)的長(zhǎng)期效果,對(duì)修復(fù)和未修復(fù)的水樹老化電纜樣本進(jìn)行了電熱協(xié)同老化,對(duì)比分析了2組電纜樣本的電氣性能和微觀結(jié)構(gòu)變化。利用加速水樹老化實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),采用水針電極老化法在交聯(lián)聚乙烯(XLPE)電纜樣本中生成了水樹缺陷,對(duì)其中1組樣本進(jìn)行了注入式修復(fù),對(duì)另1組樣本則不做處理,之后利用電熱協(xié)同老化實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)對(duì)2組樣本同時(shí)進(jìn)行了電熱老化。對(duì)電熱老化前后樣本的顯微鏡觀測(cè)結(jié)果表明,電熱老化2周時(shí)間后,修復(fù)樣本的水樹整體尺寸明顯小于未修復(fù)樣本;介質(zhì)損耗因數(shù)的測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,電熱老化2周時(shí)間后,修復(fù)樣本的絕緣性能遠(yuǎn)高于未修復(fù)樣本;對(duì)2組樣本水樹老化區(qū)域的掃描電鏡(SEM)觀測(cè)和能譜儀(EDS)分析結(jié)果表明,修復(fù)樣本在電熱老化2周時(shí)間后,水樹空洞內(nèi)部仍有修復(fù)生成的填充物與XLPE基體緊密結(jié)合。基于以上發(fā)現(xiàn),證明了在電熱老化過程中,水樹空洞內(nèi)的修復(fù)填充物能夠有效抑制已有水樹的繼續(xù)生長(zhǎng)并保持長(zhǎng)期作用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the long-term effect of cable water tree restoration, the electrothermal co-aging of repaired and unrepaired water tree aged cable samples was carried out. The electrical properties and microstructure changes of two groups of cable samples were compared and analyzed. Using the accelerated water tree aging test platform, the water tree defect was generated in the (XLPE) cable sample by the method of water needle electrode aging. One group of samples was repaired by injection, and the other group was not treated. After that, two groups of samples were subjected to electrothermal aging simultaneously using the electrothermal co-aging experimental platform. The microscopic observation results of samples before and after electrothermal aging showed that after electrothermal aging for 2 weeks, the whole size of water tree of repaired samples was obviously smaller than that of unrepaired samples, and the dielectric loss factor test showed that after 2 weeks of electrothermal aging, the whole size of water tree of repaired samples was obviously smaller than that of unrepaired samples. The insulation properties of the repaired samples were much higher than those of the unrepaired samples, and the results of scanning electron microscope (SEM) (SEM) observation and (EDS) analysis of the water tree aging area of the two groups of samples showed that the repaired samples were aged for 2 weeks after electrothermal aging. The inner cavity of the water tree is still filled with repaired fillers which are closely bound to the XLPE matrix. Based on the above findings, it is proved that in the process of electrothermal aging, the repair filler in the water tree cavity can effectively inhibit the continued growth of the existing water tree and maintain the long-term effect.
