射頻微帶線性相位濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:在移動(dòng)通信飛速發(fā)展、微波電路高度集成化的今天,微波電路的發(fā)展越來越得到重視,微波濾波器在通信系統(tǒng)濾波元件中占據(jù)重要位置,,其中,在單片微波電路里,微帶線被稱為其主要載體以傳輸信號(hào),而帶通濾波器在微波電路里發(fā)展最為迅速,對(duì)于接收機(jī)等很多系統(tǒng),帶通濾波器對(duì)其性能的好壞起到?jīng)Q定性的作用,所以對(duì)微帶線帶通濾波器進(jìn)行理論角度的分析、結(jié)構(gòu)方面的研究等都已經(jīng)成為非常受重視的課題。如今,考慮到無源網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸信號(hào)的可靠性,濾波器相頻特性已經(jīng)變得和幅頻特性同樣重要,因此,在微波電路的設(shè)計(jì)中,研究設(shè)計(jì)線性相位帶通濾波器并加以優(yōu)化將成為十分有價(jià)值的研究項(xiàng)目。 本文首先由歸一化低通濾波器出發(fā),通過分析濾波器的特性,推算出其線性相位設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),然后對(duì)基于分布參數(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)帶通濾波電路的設(shè)計(jì)原理進(jìn)行理論分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上完成平行耦合微帶線結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)流程和相關(guān)參數(shù)計(jì)算,最后設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)中心頻率為2GHz的平行耦合微帶線線性相位帶通濾波器。本課題是對(duì)濾波器的相頻特性和幅頻特性同時(shí)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并且在得到最優(yōu)通帶平坦度的同時(shí),使阻帶具有盡量大的衰減。通過設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例的仿真結(jié)果以及經(jīng)過優(yōu)化的仿真結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證此方法正確可行、簡單高效。在微帶線優(yōu)化方面,本文提出了一種新的算法,以理想的微帶線尺寸參數(shù)為基礎(chǔ),建立理想傳遞函數(shù)作為目標(biāo)函數(shù),同時(shí)在理想?yún)?shù)周圍定義取值范圍,將取值范圍內(nèi)的參數(shù)限定在一定數(shù)量級(jí)精度內(nèi),在此范圍內(nèi)搜索符合條件的參數(shù),并建立各自的傳遞函數(shù),最后將所有傳遞函數(shù)與目標(biāo)函數(shù)比較,最接近目標(biāo)函數(shù)的一個(gè)為最優(yōu)函數(shù),構(gòu)成最優(yōu)函數(shù)的微帶線尺寸參數(shù)便是最優(yōu)參數(shù)。在優(yōu)化結(jié)果驗(yàn)證方面,本文利用與實(shí)際電路測試最為相似的矩量仿真方法,對(duì)優(yōu)化后的電路進(jìn)行板圖仿真,雖然由于時(shí)間關(guān)系,電路板還在制作當(dāng)中,但矩量法的仿真結(jié)果與實(shí)際電路十分接近,可以證明目標(biāo)函數(shù)法有效可行。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile communication and the high integration of microwave circuits, more and more attention has been paid to the development of microwave circuits. Microwave filters occupy an important position in the filter elements of communication systems, among which, in a single microwave circuit, Microstrip line is called its main carrier to transmit signal, and bandpass filter develops most rapidly in microwave circuit. For many systems such as receiver, bandpass filter plays a decisive role in its performance. Therefore, the theoretical analysis and structural research of microstrip band-pass filter have become a very important topic. Nowadays, considering the reliability of passive network transmission signal, the phase frequency characteristic of filter has become as important as amplitude frequency characteristic. Therefore, in the design of microwave circuit, The research and optimization of linear phase bandpass filter will become a very valuable research project. In this paper, based on the normalized low-pass filter, the linear phase design parameters are calculated by analyzing the characteristics of the filter, and then the design principle of band-pass filter circuit based on distributed parameters is analyzed theoretically. On this basis, the design flow and related parameters calculation of parallel coupling microstrip line structure are completed. Finally, a parallel coupled microstrip line linear phase bandpass filter with central frequency 2GHz is designed. In this paper, the phase frequency characteristics and amplitude frequency characteristics of the filter are optimized at the same time, and the optimal passband flatness is obtained, and the stopband is attenuated as much as possible. Through the simulation results of the design example and the optimized simulation results, it is verified that the method is correct, feasible, simple and efficient. In the aspect of microstrip line optimization, a new algorithm is proposed in this paper. Based on the ideal microstrip line size parameters, the ideal transfer function is established as the objective function, and the value range is defined around the ideal parameters. The parameters in the range of values are limited to a certain order of magnitude precision, and the parameters that meet the conditions are searched in this range, and their respective transfer functions are established. Finally, all the transfer functions are compared with the objective functions. One of the closest to the objective function is the optimal function, and the microstrip line size parameter that constitutes the optimal function is the optimal parameter. In the aspect of verification of optimization results, this paper uses the moment simulation method, which is most similar to the actual circuit test, to simulate the optimized circuit board, although the circuit board is still in the process of making because of the time relationship. However, the simulation results of the moment method are very close to those of the actual circuit, which can prove that the objective function method is effective and feasible.
