【摘要】:碳納米管紗(CNTY)因具有優(yōu)異的力學強度、化學穩(wěn)定性、熱穩(wěn)定性和高比表面積而成為去除廢水中有機污染物的潛在材料。本文將CNTY用于含2,4-二硝基甲苯(DNT)的污水處理。CNTY對DNT的吸附能力與文獻報道值作對比研究,同時探討吸附動力學。采用SEM-EDX、HRTEM、Raman與XPS表征CNTY吸附DNT前后的尺寸、表面形貌及表面化學。結果表明,經(jīng)CNTY對DNT污水處理后的水質達到實驗室無離子水級純度。CNTY對DNT吸附符合Freundlich吸附等溫線,Freundlich參數(shù)由K/nF為55.0 mg/g(L/mg)1,指數(shù)1/n為0.737得到,表明其比活性炭吸附性弱,但更易再生。CNTY比活性炭的吸附性速率更快,遵循擬二級動力學模型。CNTY吸附DNT引起D、G常偏移,歸因于CNTs與DNT間電子受體和供體效應。
[Abstract]:Carbon nanotube yarn (CNTY) is a potential material to remove organic pollutants from wastewater because of its excellent mechanical strength, chemical stability, thermal stability and high specific surface area. In this paper, CNTY is used in the treatment of wastewater containing 2,4- two nitrotoluene (DNT). The adsorption capacity of CNTY and the reported value of DNT were compared, and the adsorption kinetics was also discussed. SEM-EDX, HRTEM, Raman and XPS were used to characterize the size, surface morphology and surface chemistry of CNTY before and after the adsorption of DNT. The results show that the water quality of the sewage treated by CNTY to the DNT has reached the purity of the laboratory without ion water grade. CNTY adsorption on DNT accords with Freundlich adsorption isotherm. The Freundlich parameter is obtained from K/nF 55 mg/g (L/mg) 1 and index 1/n 0.737, indicating that its adsorption capacity is weaker than activated carbon, but it is more easily regenerated. The adsorption rate of CNTY is faster than that of activated carbon, which follows the quasi two stage kinetic model. The adsorption of DNT by CNTY induces the constant migration of D and G, which is attributed to the electron acceptor and donor effect between CNTs and DNT.
