【摘要】：正《理化檢驗-化學分冊》雜志將在近年開展專題報道的基礎上,在2018年于第5期、第7期、第9期分別推出"食品分析"、"環(huán)境分析"、"高度關注物質檢測"專題報道,熱忱歡迎相關領域的檢測技術人員踴躍投稿。內(nèi)容涉及:1)食品分析。包括為應對新時代下食品產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、消費升級、保障食品質量安全而開發(fā)的智能化檢測儀器設備及應用,食品安全監(jiān)測和風險評估,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質量控制技術,"廢氣、廢水、廢油"處理和
