【摘要】：研究Ti-Al和Ti-Al-Ce兩種復合改性劑對高硼鐵基耐磨合金組織和性能的影響。采用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、金相顯微鏡(OM)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、硬度測試儀和摩擦磨損試驗機等分析合金的組織結構和性能,結果表明:Ti-Al和Ti-Al-Ce的添加都能很好地破壞共晶硼化物的連續(xù)網(wǎng)狀結構,改善硼化物的形貌、尺寸和分布情況,其中Ce添加后改善效果更加明顯。熱處理后合金硬度出現(xiàn)小幅度的減小,但硬度都在60HRC以上,改性處理顯著提高高硼鐵基耐磨合金的沖擊韌性和耐磨性能,沖擊韌性最高可達15.2 J/cm~2,并表現(xiàn)出很好的耐磨性能。
[Abstract]:The effect of Ti-Al and Ti-Al-Ce composite modifiers on the microstructure and properties of high boron iron base wear resistant alloy was studied. The microstructure and properties of the alloy were analyzed by means of X-ray diffractometer (XRD), metallographic microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), hardness tester and friction and wear tester. The results show that the addition of Ti-Al and Ti-Al-Ce can destroy the continuous network structure of eutectic boride and improve the morphology, size and distribution of boride. The effect of Ce addition is more obvious. After heat treatment, the hardness of the alloy decreased slightly, but the hardness of the alloy was above 60HRC. The impact toughness and wear resistance of the high boron iron-base wear resistant alloy were significantly improved by the modified treatment. The highest impact toughness of the alloy was 15.2J / cm ~ (-2). And show a very good wear resistance.
