軟弱圍巖大斷面隧道臺階法施工技術(shù)參數(shù)研究

【摘要】:在山嶺隧道軟弱圍巖隧道的開挖工法中,由臺階法延伸出的三臺階七步開挖工法因其獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢,應(yīng)用越來越多。然而對于三臺階七步工法的主要施工參數(shù)研究還不夠深入,這仍是軟弱圍巖大斷面隧道中亟待進(jìn)一步研究的重要課題。 本文以吉林省延吉地區(qū)富巖1號隧道(V級圍巖)為工程背景,通過理論分析與數(shù)值模擬相結(jié)合的研究方法對V級大斷面軟弱圍巖的施工技術(shù)方案和技術(shù)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,為本項(xiàng)目和相關(guān)隧道工程的設(shè)計施工提供一定的借鑒和指導(dǎo)作用。主要研究內(nèi)容包括: (1)總結(jié)軟弱圍巖大斷面隧道的分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和基本力學(xué)特征,分析三臺階七步開挖法在軟弱圍巖大斷面隧道中的適用性,為研究三臺階七步開挖的施工技術(shù)參數(shù)做鋪墊; (2)介紹三臺階七步開挖法的施工工藝,確定主要研究的施工技術(shù)參數(shù)為臺階長度和上臺階高度,選擇不同工況進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,得到三臺階七步開挖工法下隧道的各方向位移、初噴混凝土的第一主應(yīng)力、鋼拱架和鎖腳錨管的最大壓應(yīng)力結(jié)果,并進(jìn)行對比分析獲得所研究施工參數(shù)對隧道的影響規(guī)律; (3)在研究了臺階長度和上臺階高度對初期支護(hù)變形和受力的影響規(guī)律后,本文進(jìn)一步研究了開挖進(jìn)尺的增大對隧道的影響,并選取了同時改變兩個施工參數(shù)的多個工況,對參數(shù)的組合進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,得到不同工況下的隧道的變形和受力。通過對不同工況的模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比分析,可以得到參數(shù)組合變化對隧道的影響規(guī)律。對比參數(shù)組合時,目的是在隧道的變形和位移沒有增加的前提下,開挖進(jìn)尺可以得到增加,開挖進(jìn)尺增大就有利于縮短工期,降低成本。
[Abstract]:In the excavation method of weak surrounding rock tunnel in Shanling tunnel, the three-step seven-step excavation method extended from step method has been applied more and more because of its unique advantages.However, the study on the main construction parameters of the three-step and seven-step construction method is not deep enough, which is still an important subject for further study in the large-section tunnel of weak surrounding rock.Based on the engineering background of Fuyan No. 1 tunnel in Yanji region of Jilin Province, this paper studies the construction technical scheme and technical parameters of soft surrounding rock of V-class large section by combining theoretical analysis with numerical simulation.To provide some reference and guidance for the design and construction of this project and related tunnel engineering.The main research contents include:1) summing up the classification standard of large section tunnel of soft surrounding rock, developing present situation and basic mechanical characteristics, analyzing the applicability of three-step and seven-step excavation method in large-section tunnel of soft surrounding rock, paving the way for studying the construction technical parameters of three-step and seven-step excavation;The construction technology of three-step and seven-step excavation method is introduced. The main construction technical parameters are determined as step length and step height. Different working conditions are selected for numerical simulation, and the displacement of each direction of the tunnel under the three-step seven-step excavation method is obtained.The first principal stress of initial shotcreting concrete, the maximum compressive stress of steel arch frame and anchor pipe with locking foot are obtained, and the influence of the construction parameters on the tunnel is obtained by comparing and analyzing.After studying the influence of the length of step and the height of upper step on the deformation and force of the initial support, this paper further studies the influence of the increase of the scale of excavation on the tunnel, and selects several working conditions that change the two construction parameters simultaneously.Numerical simulation of the combination of parameters is carried out to obtain the deformation and force of the tunnel under different working conditions.By comparing and analyzing the simulation results of different working conditions, the influence of the parameter combination on the tunnel can be obtained.When comparing the parameters, the aim is that the excavation advance can be increased without increasing the deformation and displacement of the tunnel, and the increase of the excavation advance will help to shorten the construction period and reduce the cost.
