【摘要】：隨著自動化技術趨于成熟,建設自動化碼頭已成為未來碼頭發(fā)展的趨勢和主流,輪胎式集裝箱門式起重機(RTG)半自動化改造即為適應自動化碼頭建設的需要。然而,RTG的半自動化改造是否符合安全性的要求目前還沒有相關技術的分析與研究。利用模糊層次分析法(FAHP)分析RTG半自動化改造的風險,結合現(xiàn)場使用過程中存在的問題及時整改,確保其安全運行。
[Abstract]:With the maturity of automation technology, the construction of automatic terminal has become the trend and mainstream of the future wharf development. The semi-automatic transformation of tire container gantry crane RTG is to meet the needs of the construction of automatic wharf.However, there is no analysis and research on whether the semi-automation reconstruction of RTG meets the requirements of safety.The paper analyzes the risk of RTG semi-automatic transformation by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), and combines the existing problems in the field operation process to correct it in time to ensure its safe operation.
