城市配送系統(tǒng)的碳足跡研究

【摘要】:城市配送是現(xiàn)代城市賴以生存和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),已成為城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的一個(gè)重要的有機(jī)組成部分,在提升城市綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、優(yōu)化資源布局方面發(fā)揮著關(guān)鍵性的作用。然而,城市配送也成為威脅城市居民生活環(huán)境和社會(huì)問題的主要原因之一,在城市交通、能源消耗及城市生態(tài)環(huán)境等方面帶來了一系列的外部不經(jīng)濟(jì)問題。探討如何從全生命周期的角度分析并計(jì)量城市配送系統(tǒng)中直接和間接的碳排放量,揭示城市配送的碳排放過程,有效衡量城市配送環(huán)節(jié)帶給城市乃至社會(huì)的溫室氣體影響水平,成為了城市配送系統(tǒng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究領(lǐng)域的核心問題。 論文立足城市配送,首先闡述了碳足跡和城市配送的相關(guān)概念和理論,回顧了與城市配送碳足跡相關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,,指出對(duì)城市配送系統(tǒng)碳足跡方面的研究較少;接著分析了城市配送碳足跡的影響因素及影響方式,在傳統(tǒng)分析的基礎(chǔ)上引入了城市配送節(jié)點(diǎn)、城市配送通道與通行因素;然后結(jié)合影響因素,對(duì)城市配送碳足跡的邊界進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論證和界定,提出了城市配送碳足跡的靜態(tài)、動(dòng)態(tài)的核算框架,旨在為探索與準(zhǔn)確評(píng)價(jià)城市配送系統(tǒng)的溫室氣體排放提供研究思路;最后在獲取碳排放量數(shù)據(jù)后,從城市配送體系、配送模式、車輛管理以及信息平臺(tái)幾個(gè)角度提出了降低碳排放的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Urban distribution is the basis for the survival and development of modern cities and has become an important organic part of urban economy. It plays a key role in promoting the comprehensive competitiveness of cities and optimizing the distribution of resources. However, urban distribution has also become one of the main reasons that threaten the living environment and social problems of urban residents. It has brought a series of external uneconomic problems in urban transportation, energy consumption and urban ecological environment. This paper discusses how to analyze and measure the direct and indirect carbon emissions in urban distribution system from the perspective of the whole life cycle, reveal the carbon emission process of urban distribution, and effectively measure the level of greenhouse gas influence brought by urban distribution to cities and even society. It has become the core problem in the field of sustainable development of urban distribution system. Based on the urban distribution, the paper firstly expounds the concept and theory of carbon footprint and urban distribution, reviews the domestic and foreign research status related to the carbon footprint of urban distribution, points out that the research on the carbon footprint of urban distribution system is less. Then it analyzes the influencing factors and ways of urban distribution carbon footprint, introduces urban distribution nodes, urban distribution channels and traffic factors on the basis of traditional analysis, and then combines the influencing factors. The boundary of urban distribution carbon footprint is demonstrated and defined in detail, and the static and dynamic accounting framework of urban distribution carbon footprint is put forward in order to provide research ideas for exploring and accurately evaluating the greenhouse gas emissions of urban distribution system. Finally, after obtaining the data of carbon emissions, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for reducing carbon emissions from the aspects of urban distribution system, distribution mode, vehicle management and information platform.
