無水大粒徑卵礫漂石地層盾構選型研究

【摘要】:文章依托北京地鐵9號線工程實例,針對北京典型無水大粒徑卵礫漂石地層盾構施工所面臨的問題,提出了"以疏為主、以隔為輔"的盾構設備選型理念,開展了盾構機刀盤、刀具、加泥及泡沫系統(tǒng)、螺旋輸送系統(tǒng)、同步注漿系統(tǒng)、刀盤驅動系統(tǒng)等關鍵設備的適應性研究和改造升級。實踐證明,改造升級后的盾構設備適用于北京典型無水大粒徑漂卵礫石地層,極大地提高了掘進速度,降低了建設成本。
[Abstract]:Based on the engineering example of Beijing Metro Line 9, aiming at the problems faced by shield tunneling construction in typical waterless and large gravelly drift-stone strata in Beijing, the paper puts forward the concept of shield equipment selection with "thinning as the main part and isolation as the auxiliary", and develops the shield machine cutter head. Research and upgrade the adaptability of the key equipment, such as tool, mud and foam system, screw conveying system, synchronous grouting system, cutter drive system and so on. It has been proved by practice that the upgraded shield equipment is suitable for typical water-free and large-size bleach gravel strata in Beijing, which greatly improves the tunneling speed and reduces the construction cost.
