基于嵌入式的油井多相自動計量與遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與開發(fā)

【摘要】:在石油開采過程中,應(yīng)用多相流計量與遠程監(jiān)控技術(shù)可以準確地了解油氣水井生產(chǎn)變化情況,進行生產(chǎn)分析,合理地控制和協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)過程,,可滿足現(xiàn)有油氣田的增產(chǎn)增效和生產(chǎn)管理的實際需求。但當前油井遠程計量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)普遍造價高、施工安裝工程量大、后期維護成本高等問題,導(dǎo)致當前油井遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)推廣應(yīng)用緩慢,覆蓋率低。 針對現(xiàn)有油井多相計量與遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在實際應(yīng)用推廣過程中遇到的問題和不足,結(jié)合當前嵌入式技術(shù)的最新發(fā)展,提出一種基于嵌入式技術(shù)的分布式油井多相計量與遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案。 根據(jù)現(xiàn)場多相流分離裝置的特點,將整個系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)采集與處理部分劃分為三個主要模塊:監(jiān)控室計量數(shù)據(jù)顯示終端、前端分離器數(shù)據(jù)采集終端、多井選井閥組控制器。現(xiàn)場分離計量裝置與監(jiān)控室之間采用短程ZigBee無線局域網(wǎng)技術(shù)實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,各計量站的計量數(shù)據(jù)則通過GPRS發(fā)往遠端數(shù)據(jù)中心,由數(shù)據(jù)中心做統(tǒng)一分析處理。該系統(tǒng)充分利用了ZigBee技術(shù)的低成本高穩(wěn)定性以及GPRS技術(shù)的遠程傳輸與長期在線的優(yōu)點,構(gòu)建了油田計量數(shù)據(jù)集中管理和分布查詢的管理系統(tǒng),整套系統(tǒng)具有數(shù)據(jù)采集、遠程傳輸、網(wǎng)頁發(fā)布等功能。 采用基于Cortex-M3的STM32微控制器搭配開源的uC/OS-II實時操作系統(tǒng)設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了前端分離器數(shù)據(jù)采集終端、GPRS DTU和多井選井閥組控制器。采用基于ARM11的S3C6410處理器搭配Android操作系統(tǒng)設(shè)計實現(xiàn)計量數(shù)據(jù)顯示終端。實現(xiàn)了Android系統(tǒng)在油田多相計量與監(jiān)控方面的實際應(yīng)用,包括硬件設(shè)計與實現(xiàn),操作系統(tǒng)的移植,底層驅(qū)動程序的開發(fā),上層應(yīng)用程序的開發(fā)和系統(tǒng)調(diào)試。 現(xiàn)場實驗表明,系統(tǒng)能夠完全實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)采集、信息檢索、數(shù)據(jù)查詢、報表生成等功能。系統(tǒng)在降低設(shè)備成本、簡化設(shè)備軟硬件安裝程序、方便后期維護、增強模塊的通用性等幾個方面有了很大的提升。這將對油井多相計量與遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在油田的大范圍推廣產(chǎn)生積極的作用,同時也會極大的加快我國油田向數(shù)字化信息化油田轉(zhuǎn)變的進程。
[Abstract]:In the process of oil production, the application of multiphase flow metering and remote monitoring technology can accurately understand the production changes of oil and gas wells, carry out production analysis, and reasonably control and coordinate the production process. It can meet the actual demand of increasing production and increasing efficiency and production management in existing oil and gas fields. However, the problems of high cost, large amount of construction and installation, and high cost of maintenance in the later stage of oil well remote monitoring and control system have resulted in the slow application and low coverage rate of the remote monitoring and control system for oil wells. In view of the problems and shortcomings in the practical application and popularization of the existing oil well multiphase metering and remote monitoring system, combined with the latest development of embedded technology, A design scheme of distributed multiphase measurement and remote monitoring system for oil wells based on embedded technology is presented. According to the characteristics of the field multiphase flow separation device, the field data acquisition and processing part of the whole system is divided into three main modules: the monitor room metering data display terminal, the front-end separator data acquisition terminal, and the multi-well selection valve group controller. The short range ZigBee WLAN technology is used to realize the data transmission between the field separation metering device and the monitoring room. The metering data of each measuring station is sent to the remote data center through GPRS, and the data center makes unified analysis and processing. The system makes full use of the advantages of low cost and high stability of ZigBee technology, remote transmission of GPRS technology and long term on-line, and constructs a centralized management system for oilfield measurement data management and distributed query. Remote transmission, web publishing and other functions. The STM32 microcontroller based on Cortex-M3 and the open source uC- OS-II real-time operating system are used to design and implement the front-end separator data acquisition terminal (GPRS DTU) and the multi-well selection valve group controller. The S3C6410 processor based on ARM11 and Android operating system are used to design and implement the metrological data display terminal. The practical application of Android system in oil field multiphase measurement and monitoring is realized, including hardware design and implementation, transplantation of operating system, development of bottom driver, development of upper application program and system debugging. Field experiments show that the system can complete the functions of data acquisition, information retrieval, data query, report generation and so on. The system has been greatly improved in several aspects, such as reducing the equipment cost, simplifying the installation program of hardware and software of the equipment, facilitating the later maintenance, enhancing the versatility of the module, and so on. This will have a positive effect on the oil well multiphase metering and remote monitoring system popularizing in a wide range of oilfields, at the same time, it will greatly speed up the process of oil field transformation from our country's oil field to digital information oil field.
