【摘要】：RV（Rotate Vector）傳動(dòng)是一種新型的、二級(jí)封閉式、少齒差行星傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，它是從傳統(tǒng)的擺線針輪行星傳動(dòng)基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的，近年來多用于高精度機(jī)器人傳動(dòng)。該傳動(dòng)具有傳動(dòng)比范圍大、體積小、質(zhì)量輕、運(yùn)動(dòng)精度高、回差小、傳動(dòng)效率高、傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、承載能力強(qiáng)等一系列的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，因而受到廣泛關(guān)注，發(fā)展迅速。 本文是基于新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃資助項(xiàng)目（NCET-07-0127），在已有的有關(guān)針擺傳動(dòng)精度研究的基礎(chǔ)上，圍繞RV減速器的傳動(dòng)誤差展開，對整機(jī)傳動(dòng)誤差進(jìn)行了分析。因?yàn)閭鲃?dòng)誤差是衡量一種減速器傳動(dòng)精度及運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)性的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對其的研究很有必要，同時(shí)也可以通過這項(xiàng)研究提高減速器的性能，使其具有更廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。 本文根據(jù)機(jī)構(gòu)精度理論，分析了影響RV傳動(dòng)誤差的誤差源，然后從傳動(dòng)過程入手，運(yùn)用了質(zhì)量集中法和動(dòng)態(tài)子結(jié)構(gòu)法相結(jié)合的方式，建立了RV系統(tǒng)的非線性動(dòng)力學(xué)模型，分析了RV傳動(dòng)的各構(gòu)件的特性，基于牛頓第二定律建立了二十二自由度的RV傳動(dòng)誤差的數(shù)學(xué)分析模型，該模型考慮了零件的制造裝配誤差、齒輪的時(shí)變嚙合剛度、嚙合阻尼、軸的扭轉(zhuǎn)剛度、阻尼、轉(zhuǎn)臂軸承與支撐軸承的剛度、阻尼、以及零件的彈性變形等諸多因素。 運(yùn)用Runge-Kutta法來求解該多自由度非線性微分方程組，得到了任意輸出時(shí)刻，RV傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)在各誤差共同作用下，傳動(dòng)誤差隨輸出軸轉(zhuǎn)角變化的傳動(dòng)誤差變化曲線，可以直觀了解誤差的變化范圍。然后分別研究了中心太陽輪、行星輪、曲柄軸、擺線輪、行星架等零件的單項(xiàng)誤差對系統(tǒng)整機(jī)傳動(dòng)誤差的影響，分析影響原因，，得出規(guī)律，為今后進(jìn)一步研究做出準(zhǔn)備，也為RV減速器實(shí)際加工時(shí)，提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:RV ( Rotate Vector ) transmission is a new type , two - stage closed , less - tooth - difference planetary transmission mechanism , which is developed from the traditional cycloidal pinwheel planetary transmission . In recent years , it has many advantages such as large gear ratio range , small volume , light weight , high moving precision , low return difference , high transmission efficiency , stable transmission , strong bearing capacity and so on . This paper is based on the support program of outstanding talents in the new century ( NCET - 07 - 0127 ) . On the basis of the existing research on needle pendulum transmission accuracy , the transmission error of the RV reducer is analyzed . Because the transmission error is an important criterion to measure the transmission precision and operation stability of the reducer , it is necessary to study the transmission error . At the same time , the performance of the reducer can be improved by this research , so that it has wider application prospect . Based on the theory of mechanism accuracy , this paper analyzes the error source which affects RV drive error , then starts with the transmission process , establishes the nonlinear dynamic model of RV system by combining mass concentration method and dynamic substructure method , establishes a mathematical model of RV drive error of twenty - two degrees of freedom based on Newton ' s second law , and takes into account the manufacturing assembly error of the parts , the time - varying meshing stiffness of gears , the torsional stiffness of the shaft , damping , the stiffness and damping of the rotating arm bearing and the supporting bearing , and the elastic deformation of the parts . In this paper , the influence of single error on the transmission error of the system is obtained . The influence of single error of the components such as sun gear , planet wheel , crank shaft , cycloid wheel and planet carrier on the transmission error of the whole system can be intuitively understood . The influence of the single error of the center sun gear , planet wheel , crank shaft , cycloid wheel and planet carrier on the transmission error of the whole machine is studied .
