【摘要】:履帶吊管機(jī)屬于大中型管線施工專(zhuān)用起重機(jī)械設(shè)備,它主要具有起重量較大、工作范圍廣、接地比壓小并且可添加其它附加設(shè)備實(shí)現(xiàn)多用途等特點(diǎn)。隨著我國(guó)大中型石油和天然氣管線的新建,對(duì)吊管機(jī)的需求量逐年增加,對(duì)其性能的要求也越來(lái)越高。 吊臂是吊管機(jī)上的重要結(jié)構(gòu)件,主要起著支撐和變幅作用。在吊管機(jī)的整機(jī)重量當(dāng)中,吊臂的重量占據(jù)了較大比重,且其重量還是影響起重能力的主要因素之一。因此,合理設(shè)計(jì)吊臂的結(jié)構(gòu),提高吊臂單位重量的起重量也就成為總體結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的重要環(huán)節(jié),這就對(duì)吊臂的設(shè)計(jì)提出了更為嚴(yán)格的要求,即在保證吊臂有足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度的同時(shí)又要有較輕的質(zhì)量。本論文針對(duì)某公司生產(chǎn)的DG45型履帶吊管機(jī)作為研究對(duì)象,利用ANSYS workbench軟件建立吊管機(jī)吊臂的三維數(shù)字模型和有限元參數(shù)化模型。運(yùn)用有限元軟件,對(duì)三種基本工況下的吊臂進(jìn)行靜強(qiáng)度和靜剛度分析,得到應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變分布等數(shù)據(jù)。然后,在優(yōu)化分析模塊中對(duì)吊管機(jī)吊臂進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)得到吊臂較為合理的主弦桿幾何尺寸,并對(duì)優(yōu)化后的吊臂進(jìn)行驗(yàn)算,由驗(yàn)算的結(jié)果可知,優(yōu)化后的吊臂滿足使用性能要求,從而驗(yàn)證了優(yōu)化結(jié)果的可行性。 在優(yōu)化吊臂的基礎(chǔ)上提出吊管機(jī)總體結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方案,優(yōu)化方案主要通過(guò)優(yōu)化吊臂重量和改變吊管機(jī)液壓絞車(chē)的安裝位置來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn),改變液壓絞車(chē)安裝位置時(shí)又對(duì)配重裝置進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化。吊管機(jī)總體結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方案在不改變吊管機(jī)機(jī)體的情況下,根據(jù)力矩法校核起重機(jī)抗傾覆穩(wěn)定性,對(duì)吊管機(jī)總體結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化后的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行分析和對(duì)比。 本論文履帶吊管機(jī)吊臂有限元分析結(jié)果表明:用ANSYS workbench進(jìn)行有限元分析既可以節(jié)省設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)時(shí)間,又可以有比較高的模擬精度,對(duì)于工程實(shí)際具有重要指導(dǎo)意義。同時(shí)還可以提高相似機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)水平,使其結(jié)構(gòu)更加合理,以滿足當(dāng)今社會(huì)不斷發(fā)展的需要。對(duì)吊管機(jī)總體結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性分析結(jié)果表明:對(duì)吊管機(jī)總體結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化后,在吊管機(jī)起吊性能不變的情況下,其穩(wěn)定性得到了提高。在吊管機(jī)起吊性能和穩(wěn)定性都不變的情況下,吊管機(jī)的整機(jī)重量得到了減輕。該吊管機(jī)總體結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方案的研究可為類(lèi)似產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)提供具有參考價(jià)值的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Crawler pipe crane belongs to large and medium-sized pipeline construction of special lifting equipment, it mainly has the weight of large, wide working range, the characteristics of ground pressure and small can add other additional equipment to achieve multi-purpose. With China's large and medium-sized oil and gas pipeline construction, demand for sideboom year by year increase on the performance requirements are increasingly high.
The boom is an important structure of pipe crane machine, mainly plays a supporting role in weight. And the amplitude of pipe crane, the crane's weight occupies a large proportion, and the weight or influence is one of the main factors of heavy capacity. Therefore, reasonable structure design of the jib crane, improve unit the weight of the weight has become an important part of the design optimization of the overall structure, the design of the jib puts forward more strict requirements, that is to ensure that the crane has enough strength and rigidity and lightweight. The DG45 track for a company's production of pipe crane as the research object, the establishment of a three-dimensional digital model of the pipe crane arm and parametric finite element model using ANSYS workbench software. By using the finite element software analysis and static stiffness on static strength of the crane three basic conditions, get the stress and strain distribution The data. Then, the optimization analysis module of the pipe crane arm is optimized, by optimizing the design of main chord geometry of the boom is more reasonable, and the checking of the optimized boom, by checking the results, the optimized boom to meet the performance requirements, in order to verify the feasibility the optimization results.
Based on the optimization of the boom on the pipe crane scheme optimization of overall structure, the optimization scheme mainly through the optimization of the boom weight and change the pipe crane installation position of hydraulic winch to realize changing the installation position of the hydraulic winch and counterweight device structure optimization is simple. The pipe crane does not change in the overall structure optimization scheme pipe crane body, torque according to the method of checking the crane anti overturning stability, analysis and comparison on the stability of the pipe crane structure after optimization.
The crawler pipe crane arm finite element analysis results show that the finite element analysis using ANSYS and workbench can not only save the design time, but also has higher simulation precision, has the important guiding significance for engineering practice. At the same time also can improve the design level of similar mechanical structure, the structure is more reasonable, to to meet the needs of the development of the society. The stability of the pipe crane machine overall structure analysis shows that the pipe crane structure after optimization in pipe crane hoist constant performance, its stability is improved. The pipe crane lifting performance and stability are unchanged, the weight lifting machine has been reduced. The pipe crane overall structure optimization research can provide a theoretical basis with reference value for the similar product design.
