【摘要】：旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械包括汽輪機(jī)、燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)、發(fā)電機(jī)、電動(dòng)機(jī)、離心壓縮機(jī)、水輪機(jī)、以及航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)等機(jī)械設(shè)備,它們被廣泛的應(yīng)用于電力、航空、航天、化工、紡織、冶金等重要國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域之中。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和現(xiàn)代工業(yè)化水平的提高,旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械正在朝著大型、高速、自動(dòng)化的方向發(fā)展。這就對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械在工作當(dāng)中的穩(wěn)定性、可靠性等問題提出了更高的要求。旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械的失效絕大多數(shù)是由于轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的故障引起的,因此,研究轉(zhuǎn)子的頻率的失效概率的敏感性與設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)安全的影響具有重要意義。 本文在總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)、外有關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)力學(xué)和頻率可靠性靈敏度研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)相關(guān)項(xiàng)目中的轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的頻率失效敏感參數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析。首先對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行合理的簡(jiǎn)化,用有限元的方法對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的臨界轉(zhuǎn)速和穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了初步分析,得到轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的各階臨界轉(zhuǎn)速；然后利用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論并結(jié)合可靠性靈敏度求解方法與轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)力學(xué),利用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)具有非線性映射和任意函數(shù)逼近等功能,將神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)應(yīng)用于頻率可靠性和可靠性靈敏度分析領(lǐng)域,求解頻率可靠性及其靈敏度。同時(shí)對(duì)基本隨機(jī)變量進(jìn)行了無量綱化,把可靠性對(duì)各個(gè)基本隨機(jī)變量的影響程度的排序,為產(chǎn)品在設(shè)計(jì)階段提供了理論參考,有著積極地現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和理論價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Rotating machinery includes steam turbines, gas turbines, generators, motors, centrifugal compressors, hydraulic turbines, and aero-engines. They are widely used in power, aviation, aerospace, chemical and textile industries. With the progress of science and technology and the improvement of modern industrialization, rotating machinery is moving towards large and high speed in the important fields of national economy such as metallurgy. The development of automation. This puts forward higher requirements for the stability and reliability of rotating machinery in the work. Most of the failures of rotating machinery are caused by the fault of rotor system, so. It is of great significance to study the sensitivity of rotor frequency failure probability and the influence of design on rotor system safety. This paper summarizes the research status of rotor dynamics and frequency reliability sensitivity both at home and abroad. The frequency failure sensitive parameters of rotor system are analyzed. Firstly, the rotor system is simplified reasonably, and the critical speed and stability of rotor system are analyzed with finite element method. The critical speed of rotor system is obtained. Then using the neural network theory and reliability sensitivity solution method and rotor dynamics, the neural network has the functions of nonlinear mapping and arbitrary function approximation. The neural network technology is applied to frequency reliability and reliability sensitivity analysis, and the frequency reliability and its sensitivity are solved. At the same time, the basic random variables are dimensionless. The ranking of the degree of influence of reliability on each basic random variable provides a theoretical reference for the design stage of the product, which has positive practical significance and theoretical value.
