【摘要】：隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,迫切需要企業(yè)借助信息技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代化的管理方法對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)模式進(jìn)行改進(jìn),以提高企業(yè)的管理和經(jīng)營水平。近年來,相當(dāng)一部分企業(yè)已經(jīng)實(shí)施了ERP、MES等信息管理系統(tǒng),對(duì)企業(yè)的銷售、財(cái)務(wù)、計(jì)劃、車間制造過程等進(jìn)行了管理。但是在車間制造過程的信息化建設(shè)過程中,對(duì)生產(chǎn)輔助工具(包括刀具、檢具、工裝夾具)管理的重視不夠,工具管理與企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和車間調(diào)度的聯(lián)系較少。因此,如何將生產(chǎn)輔助工具與企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和車間調(diào)度結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)輔助工具的配送,對(duì)在有限資源的情況下,提升車間制造能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)更好的生產(chǎn)效益具有重要的意義和工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 論文以機(jī)械加工車間生產(chǎn)輔助工具管理為研究對(duì)象,建立了一種車間輔助工具的需求計(jì)劃模式,同時(shí)根據(jù)車間現(xiàn)場(chǎng)輔助工具的管理特點(diǎn),建立了一種輔助工具的配送模式,使輔助工具在滿足車間生產(chǎn)的前提下,將正確數(shù)量的生產(chǎn)工具,在正確的時(shí)間送達(dá)到正確的地點(diǎn),從而減少輔助工具庫存,提高工具使用效率。 首先,論文借用物料需求計(jì)劃的原理,通過將生產(chǎn)輔助工具綁定到工藝路線的方式,建立了一種輔助工具的需求計(jì)劃模式,給出了輔助工具需求計(jì)劃的計(jì)算邏輯,從而根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃確定輔助工具的總體需求。 其次,根據(jù)輔助工具的需求和物料需求的不同,結(jié)合車間現(xiàn)場(chǎng)輔助工具的管理特點(diǎn),在輔助工具需求計(jì)劃的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了一種輔助工具的車間現(xiàn)場(chǎng)配送模式。在該模式下,結(jié)合車間現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的生產(chǎn)調(diào)度情況和工藝路線的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),制定了生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)輔助工具配送計(jì)劃以及配送時(shí)間沖突時(shí)的解決辦法,同時(shí)研究了輔助工具配送的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。 再次,對(duì)其中的部分關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)度,以及工藝路線和NC代碼對(duì)輔助工具的使用要求,制定了輔助工具現(xiàn)場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)配送計(jì)劃,在滿足生產(chǎn)的前提下減少配送回收次數(shù)和數(shù)量。 最后,在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了車間現(xiàn)場(chǎng)輔助工具管理的系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)和信息建模,并開發(fā)了一套生產(chǎn)輔助工具管理系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)作為作者所在的課題組開發(fā)的可配置MES系統(tǒng)的一部分,已在某離散制造企業(yè)進(jìn)行了實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:As market competition intensifies, the urgent need of enterprise management method using information technology and the modernization of the traditional mode of production is improved, to improve the enterprise management and operation level. In recent years, a considerable number of enterprises have implemented ERP, MES and other information management system, the company's sales, finance, planning, manufacturing process for management. But in the process of informationization in the manufacturing process of workshop, on the production of auxiliary tools (including tool, fixture, tooling) lack of management attention, tool management and production planning and scheduling of the contact less. Therefore, how to produce the production plan and scheduling tools and the combination of enterprises, realize the production site auxiliary tools for distribution, with limited resources, improve the manufacturing capability, has important significance and work to achieve better production efficiency Application value.
The production assistant tools for mechanical processing workshop management as the research object, establishes a model of a shop assistant tools demand plan, and according to the characteristics of management workshop site auxiliary tools, establish the distribution mode of a kind of auxiliary tools, making auxiliary tools in meet the premise of workshop production, the correct number of instruments of production and service to the right place at the right time, thereby reducing the tool inventory, improve efficiency in the use of tools.
First of all, based on the MRP principle, the production tool is bound to the process, establishes a model of a kind of auxiliary tools demand planning, the calculation logic of auxiliary tools demand plan is given, and according to the production plan to determine the overall demand of auxiliary tools.
Secondly, according to the needs of the auxiliary tool and material requirements, combined with the characteristics of management workshop site auxiliary tools, based on auxiliary tools demand plan, establish the workshop distribution mode of a kind of auxiliary tools. In this mode, the basic data of workshop production scheduling and process route, formulate production site auxiliary tools distribution plan and solution delivery time conflict, and implementation method of the auxiliary tool distribution.
Again, some of these key technologies are studied. According to the production plan and site operation, and require the use of the process route and NC code of the tool, developed a tool field dynamic distribution plan, reduce the times and numbers of distribution to meet the production condition.
Finally, on the basis of the above research, the workshop site auxiliary tools management system design and information modeling, and developed a set of production assistant tools management system, as a part of the author's research group developed the configurable MES system, has been implemented in a discrete manufacturing enterprise.
