【摘要】：新型整體成型排氣道為內(nèi)圓外方的結(jié)構(gòu)，相比于傳統(tǒng)的內(nèi)方外方結(jié)構(gòu)的排氣道，它的通風(fēng)性能更好，結(jié)構(gòu)強度更高，具有較大的市場前景。新型整體成型排氣道的自動化生產(chǎn)線是用于大批量生產(chǎn)新型整體成型排氣道的關(guān)鍵的設(shè)備，可以有效的提高排氣道的生產(chǎn)效率、提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益和節(jié)省工人的勞動力。 本文就新型整體成型排氣道的自動化生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計進(jìn)行了研究。首先分析了新型整體成型排氣道的結(jié)構(gòu)、材質(zhì)，然后提出以模具作為排氣道大批量生產(chǎn)的主要裝備，在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行了脫模力分析、水泥砂漿的澆注性能分析、生產(chǎn)線的工作流程分析等。再根據(jù)上述分析，提出二套自動化生產(chǎn)線的總體設(shè)計方案并進(jìn)行對比以選出最優(yōu)方案。由整體設(shè)計方案將生產(chǎn)線分為5個模塊：模具、模具澆注系統(tǒng)、排氣道脫模系統(tǒng)、模具輸送線、PLC控制系統(tǒng)。然后用Pro/ENGINEER軟件為各個模塊建立了各自的主要零部件模型，對各模塊的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件進(jìn)行了計算、選型，建立各功能模塊的數(shù)字樣機。對主要的模具模塊進(jìn)行添加材料屬性、驅(qū)動屬性、約束屬性并進(jìn)行了運動分析及仿真，，驗證了模具機構(gòu)的各項功能并對模具中的關(guān)鍵零件進(jìn)行了有限元分析及優(yōu)化。最后了設(shè)計生產(chǎn)線的PLC控制系統(tǒng)及梯形圖程序并給出生產(chǎn)線的總體結(jié)構(gòu)圖。 本論文主要工作集中在機構(gòu)設(shè)計與結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、運動學(xué)分析與仿真和自動化控制三個方面，所設(shè)計的生產(chǎn)線有很大的實用價值，在設(shè)計過程中所用的方法和思路對其他機械設(shè)計有一定參考價值。
[Abstract]:A new integral forming exhaust structure inside the circle, the exhaust passage inside foreign structure compared to the traditional, its better ventilation structure, higher strength, greater market prospects. Automatic production line of the new integrated exhaust equipment for the production of new key is integrally formed exhaust mass an effective, can improve production efficiency, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and workers to save labor.
This paper makes a study of the design of automatic production line of the new integrated exhaust duct. The paper introduces the structure, the overall model forming an exhaust passage of the material, and then put forward to die as the main equipment exhaust mass production, further the demoulding force analysis, analysis the casting properties of cement mortar, production line the work flow analysis. According to the above analysis, put forward two sets of automatic production line of the overall design scheme and compared to select the optimal solution. The overall design of the production line is divided into 5 modules: mold, die casting system, exhaust ejection system, mold conveying line, PLC control system and using the Pro/ENGINEER software. For each module to establish the main components of the respective models, each module of standard parts are calculated, selection, establishment of digital prototype of each functional module. The main module A module to add material properties, drive properties, analyze and simulate the motion constraint and attribute, verify that the function of the mold mechanism and finite element analysis and optimization of key parts of the mould. Finally, the overall structure of the design of the production line PLC control system and program and gives the production line.
In the mechanism design and structure optimization on the main work of this paper, the kinematics analysis and simulation and automatic control of the three aspects of the design, the production line has great practical value, the methods and ideas used in the design process has a certain reference value for other mechanical design.
