【摘要】：金屬件熔融堆積3D打印過(guò)程中,制件的層間結(jié)合性能主要取決于熱作用過(guò)程,因此對(duì)成形過(guò)程溫度變化進(jìn)行研究顯得尤為重要。該研究基于熔融堆積3D打印成形特點(diǎn),建立了成形過(guò)程有限元分析數(shù)學(xué)及物理模型,并使用ANSYS有限元軟件對(duì)不同熔融金屬溫度、基板溫度及堆積速度條件下成形過(guò)程溫度場(chǎng)變化進(jìn)行模擬研究。結(jié)合相同參數(shù)條件下的對(duì)比工藝試驗(yàn),研究了這些參數(shù)對(duì)最終成形金屬實(shí)體層間結(jié)合性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著熔融金屬溫度、基板溫度的升高,以及堆積速度的增加,成形實(shí)體溫度上升速度加快,高溫?zé)嵊绊憛^(qū)增大,溫度梯度減小,實(shí)體層間結(jié)合及拉伸性能提高,并在熔融金屬溫度160℃,基板溫度90℃,堆積速度16mm/s參數(shù)條件下打印出了層間結(jié)合良好的鉍錫合金實(shí)體。
[Abstract]:In the process of 3D printing, the interlaminar bonding properties of metal parts mainly depend on the thermal process. Therefore, it is very important to study the temperature change of forming process. Based on the characteristics of melt deposition 3D printing, the mathematical and physical model of finite element analysis of forming process is established. ANSYS finite element software was used to simulate the temperature field of the forming process under the conditions of different melting metal temperature, substrate temperature and packing velocity. The effect of these parameters on the interlaminar bonding properties of the final metal body is studied. The results show that with the increase of the melting metal temperature, the substrate temperature and the stacking speed increase. The temperature of the forming solid increases rapidly, the temperature affected zone increases, the temperature gradient decreases, the interlayer bonding and tensile properties are improved, and the melting metal temperature is 160 鈩，
